金要略方論序言

張仲景所著的《傷寒雜病論》，一共有十六卷，但現在世上只流傳著ㄍ傷賽論》十卷，雜病沒有在書中見到，或者只在其他醫家的方書中記載《傷實雜病論》治療雜病的一二個方子。翰林學子王洙在翰院中，發現了已經被蟲蛀了竹簡《金匱玉函要略方》三卷:上卷是傷寒的診治方法，中卷是雜病的診治方法，下卷是上卷和中卷用到的方劑，以及婦科病的診治方法。於是他抄錄下來，並在文士之間傳抄，流傳范圍並不廣泛。當他們將書中所載的病證與患者的病證一致的方劑治病時，效果很好。然而這本書中有的方證記載了證候、症狀卻有治療方劑，有的方證有治療方劑卻沒有記載證候、症狀，臨床用於治病救人還不完善。國家召集有學識的大臣校訂醫書，我孫奇先參與校訂了《傷寒論》，接著又校訂了《金匱玉函經》。現在又來校訂這本書，仍然將每首方劑列在相應證候下的格式，便於在緊急情況時使用。又搜集了散在於各家醫書中的醫方，附在各篇的末尾，用來擴充仲景的治療方法。因為書中引用《傷寒論》的條文大多比較簡略，所以只取從雜病開始，到飲食禁忌為止的部分，總共二十五篇，除去重復的內容，一共有二百六十二首方劑，編成上、中、下三卷，依然叫《金匱方論》。我孫奇曾讀過從《魏志 華佗傳》其記載:「華佗拿出一卷書說:這本書可以用來治病救人。」然而我在看過他治病的醫案，覺得治病的方法大多都很奇怪，不符合先賢聖人經典的論述。我認為能夠來治病救人的書應當是仲景的著作。多麼偉大啊！炎帝、神農時的智慧，傳承到我們這個繁榮昌盛的時代。敬賀皇上繼承大統，撫養教育百姓，頒布發行方書，救濟人民疾苦，使祥和之氣充盈滿溢，這樣天下萬物都能和樂安詳。

金匱（guì）要略

簡介：東漢張仲景著述的《金匱要略》是古代漢族醫學經典著作之回一，中國現存最早答的一部診治雜病的專著。撰於3世紀初。作者原撰《傷寒雜病論》十六卷中的「雜病」部分。經晉王叔和整理後，其古傳本之一名《金匱玉函要略方》,共3卷上卷為辨傷寒，中卷則論雜病，下卷記在方。後北宋校正醫書局林億等人根據當時所存的蠹簡文字重予編校，取其中以雜病為主的內容，仍厘訂為3卷，改名《金匱要略方論》.全書共25篇，方劑262首，列舉病症六十餘種。所述病證以內科雜病為主，兼有部分外科婦產科等病證。

中葯學抄、方劑學，個人認為人民衛生出版社出版的第一版，黃白色封面的好，作者寫得認真。第二版白灰色封面的感覺一般。
金匱要略的教材，沒什麼好推薦，大同小異。

只要是教材，就是一幫磚家把各種主流的學術觀點合攏在一起，找出最中庸（有時最中庸=最沒用）的觀點寫進去。只要是教材，就必然是業界爭議最小的觀點合集。爭議最小=最缺乏創新。

另外還推薦
1人民衛生出版社的「中醫葯學高級叢書」的方劑學、金匱要略、傷寒論。這個系列的叢書編寫質量比較高，但不是教材，是研究參考書。
2上台灣有個叫「誠品書店」的官網，地址好像是eslite，上面可以網購一些台灣的中醫教材。運費貴，但是那邊的學術氛圍好，編寫質量會好一點。

這位仁兄必然是有心的中醫同道。
真心話，教材，只是入門中醫的捷徑，但不是日後提高的道路。
學完中葯、方劑、傷寒、金匱、內經，要在一邊刻苦復習方歌、條文的同時，一邊學習各家學說。各個流派的中醫的用葯、開方思路，分散寫在李東垣、朱丹溪、張景岳、盧崇漢、張錫純等等人的書里。那些藏在方子背後的理論，是教材遠遠未涉及的。

Only if we combine inheritance and innovation with 「The four Great Classics」, Chinese medicine will look brand new and make rapid progress, contact with the time, it can be expected soon as a popular expectation.
