My parents and I went to the countryside last Saturday. We woke up early in the morning. After a quick breakfast, we started to pack up and head downstairs. By the time I finished the task, it was already noon. I found that my parents had already taken out our food. We had been preparing for this picnic for several days. Dragon Boat Festival, often known as Tuen Ng Festival or Duan Wu Festival, is a traditional Chinese festival held on the fifth day of the fifth month of the Chinese calendar.
Dragon Boat festival memorializes the Chinese poet Qu Yuan. He committed suicide by drowning himself in a river because he was disgusted by the corruption of the Chu government. People sat on dragon boats, and tried to scare the fishes away by the thundering sound of drums. Hence, toady we sail the dragon boats to celebrate this festival. Also, people eat zongzi (the food originally intended to feed the fishes) and race dragon boats in memory of Qu's dramatic death.

Father's Day is a celebration honoring fathers and celebrating fatherhood and influence of fathers in sociaty. There are about fifty two countries celebrating Father's Day, and each of them has its own way to express the love to the fathers. Father's Day comes at the third Sunday of June.
