1、審清題意：千萬注意，題意審不好，來個內文不對題，哪就……應容該先花2-3分鍾看看作文題，然後在開始答基礎知識題目。

2、立好中心：至少指導自己想說什麼，是喜歡、是厭惡?是感動、是反對?是快樂，是痛苦?是哲理、是深情?是贊揚、是批評?…………用一句話把它寫在草稿紙上。

3、選好材料：符合題目要求的、自己最熟悉的、能夠寫好的事。

4、寫好提綱：(1)用一句話寫出中心內容和主題；(2)分清開頭、中間、結尾各寫什麼?(3)打好開頭、結尾的細稿，以及每段的開頭句。

That is why I especially like friends who are fun to be with. A good friend likes the same things I like. We share experience and learn from each other. A good friend has a good sense of humor, too. He likes to laugh with me. That is how we share in the joy of being friends. And I know that he is looking for the same quality in me.

英語作文的通知可分為兩類，即書面通知和口頭通知。格式如下。

書面通知是書面的正式公告或布告，常常是張貼在顯眼的位置，多用"notice"作標志。
