① 在家怎樣和孩子用英語交流

對於學齡前兒童而言，What is this/ that/ it? This/ That/ It is a…… 是學習階段最基本最常見的句型，通過這樣的互動，不僅能夠加深孩子對英語句型結構的認知，還能夠擴大詞彙量，在互動過程中，牢記電話、桌子、椅子等常見物品的相關表達。
2鼓勵孩子用整句表達

如果孩子能夠說出It's a pencil. 證明孩子還是掌握了這一表達，只是一時搞混。

如果孩子還是沒有能夠說出正確答案，家長應該以科學的方式進行解釋，比如，拿出一本書和一支筆，告訴孩子「This is a pencil」，「That is a book.」

再看一個案例：

-What's this?

-Is it one book? Are they two books or three books? (加上手勢，看孩子反應)

如果孩子能夠意識到one這個概念，那麼家長可以像英孚的老師一樣，引導孩子說出It's a
book（語速放慢，讓孩子意識到It『s和book之間應該有個a）。如果孩子還是沒有意識到其中的差別，家長可以讓孩子跟讀正確的說法，和孩子解釋a等於one這個概念。

當孩子犯錯誤時，家長採用提出疑問而不是斷然糾正的方式，一方面能夠鼓勵孩子再思考，另一方面，也能夠建立孩子的自信心。沒有孩子希望自己經常被否定，因此，鼓勵孩子思考並找出正確答案，給孩子積極的肯定就顯得尤為重要。
4選擇孩子感興趣或熟悉的話題

家長在生活中和孩子說英語時，盡量從孩子熟悉或感興趣的話題入手，比如動物、顏色、食物等，再循序漸進地過渡到其他的生活場景。

畢竟，讓孩子從母語環境中慢慢轉化為非母語表達是有難度的，如果孩子一開始聽到的問題就很難，或者他們不感興趣，很可能會影響他們的學習興趣，之後會對英文交流產生抵觸感。

如果孩子能對自己感興趣的話題交流自如，之後再接觸一些陌生的話題，就不會感到抵觸或者不敢開口。

5讓溝通的內容場景化

所謂的場景化，就是在場景中讓孩子說英語，而不是刻意製造說英語的機會。

6重點是鞏固而不是教新

家長們一定要明白，在生活中和孩子進行英語互動的目的，不是教孩子新知識，而是鞏固課堂所學的知識。
