The Olympic Games will be held this year.I am so excited and I think the games will be interesting and also fascinating. But now, the important is,how should we do with the Olmpics if I am a volunteer? To solve the problem will be extremely difficult,because nowadays lots of people devote themselves to society and you can not hold an opportunity easily.So just try my best......
We can go to the English Corner to help them to send some DIY newspapers and go to the neighborhood to tell the stories or history about Olmpics to the people who are curious to learn. Also,we can go on the streets to find the problems such as putting away the trash anywhere,saying out the impolite words.That will be meaningful.I am sure that I will succeed.Believe it,do it!

2008年8月8日，第二十九屆奧林匹克運動會將在北京國家體育館的「鳥巢」隆重開幕。屆時會有成千上萬的中外志願者聚集北京，一起為這四年一次的奧運盛會歡呼、喝彩、加油。作為首都北京的一名小學生，我希望自己也能成為一名奧運志願者。
假如我是一名奧運志願者，我首先要用英語同來自異國他鄉的外賓進行交談。語言是友誼的橋梁。媽媽說這次奧運會將有大約二百七十多國家和地區的運動員參加，觀看奧運會的外賓更是無法估計。我現在正努力學習英語，能夠用英語和外賓進行交流是我快樂的事。我要讓外賓們感受來自中國的友誼，親眼目睹中國小學生的風采。
假如我是一名奧運志願者，我會微笑地向外賓們講述我最擅長的歷史。我會向他們講述在中華大地上賓士而過的歷史人物，秦始皇、漢武帝、唐太宗、宋太祖，還有一代天驕成吉思汗，用一個個活生生的歷史人物形象來描述英雄輩出的中國。我還會向他們講述中國歷史上歷朝歷代勵精圖治的故事，文景之治、貞觀之治、開元盛世、康乾盛世，還有名揚海外的唐詩宋詞，用一幅幅燦爛的歷史畫卷展示中國的輝煌和偉大。
假如我是一名奧運志願者，我會微笑地為外賓們介紹我最喜歡的北京。我會帶他們游故宮、觀長城、逛頤和園，還有那宏偉的天安門廣場。我要讓他們好好看看北京的古都建築，看看北京的美麗河山。北京還有好幾個高科技城，中關村、總部基地、航天城，我要帶外賓們去那裡參觀，讓他們看看北京的高科技，看看北京飛速發展的載人航天。
假如我是一名奧運志願者，我會努力讓外賓學習我最喜歡的中文。聽外國朋友說，中文現在也是海外最受歡迎的語言之一，但讀起來如天書。中文是個方塊字，橫平豎直，有稜有角，象徵著中國人，正直、堅定，頂天立地。我會讓他們珍惜來北京的機會，提高他們學習中文的興趣。我會幫助他們說中文、寫中文，讓他們感到學習中文不再困難，多學一些中文會受益無窮。
奧運會是一次體育盛會，一次文化的盛會，一次傳播友誼的盛會。我們要把中國的文化傳到世界各地，把中國人的友誼帶到四面八方。

Student societies in the capital city are entering into the 2006 cultural season activities featuring ethic and Olympic themes.
