D. 請求信怎麼寫

①稱呼：頂格，有的還可以加上一定的限定、修飾詞，如親愛的等。

②問候語：回如寫「你好」、答「近來身體是否安康」等。獨立成段，不可直接接下文。否則，就會違反構段意義單一的要求，變成多義段了。

③正文。這是信的主體，可以分為若干段來書寫。

④祝頌語。以最一般的「此致」、「敬禮」為例。「此致」可以有兩種正確的位置來進行書寫，一是緊接著主體正文之後，不另起段，不加標點；二是在正文之下另起一行空兩格書寫。「敬禮」寫在「此致」的下一行，頂格書寫。後應該加上一個驚嘆號，以表示祝頌的誠意和強度。

稱呼和祝頌語後半部分的頂格，是對收信人的一種尊重。是古代書信「抬頭」傳統的延續。古人書信為豎寫，行文涉及對方收信人姓名或稱呼，為了表示尊重，不論書寫到何處，都要把對方的姓名或稱呼提到下一行的頂頭書寫。它的基本做法，為現代書信所吸收。

⑤具名和日期。寫信人的姓名或名字，寫在祝頌語下方空一至二行的右側。最好還要在寫信人姓名之前寫上與收信人的關系，如兒×××、父×××、你的朋友×××等。再下一行寫日期。
