早上習慣在6:40醒來,外面已經透出亮了.我知道該爬起來開始一天的生活了,假期因為要加出春節放假期間的課.所以每天的課程都排得滿滿的.這一天不是站著就是走在路上,要不就是在車上.忙的時候不覺得,一旦躺在床上便會覺得好乏.而早上醒來的時候往往骨頭節還沒緩過來.再加上熱乎乎的被窩的誘惑,所以每次起床都是要下很大的決心的.告訴自己再呆10秒鍾.數完10個數,還是好不情願.這時有個聲音對我說：「管住自己,提高自製力!」一咬牙,果斷地爬起來,匆匆穿好衣服跑5分鍾步.回來之後一邊洗臉一邊燒水,等梳洗完畢,水也好了.我就用開水燙飯,胡亂地吃完後就背上我的雙肩背包上課去了.走時還不忘記帶上一張名言卡,利用走路或等車時看看,給自己的精神加點養料.
一般我都提前30分鍾進教室,給學生們檢查作業.涉及到背誦,逐一檢查,不讓一個學生漏過.我最痛苦的就是看到學生在我的課堂上沒有收獲.覺得對不起信任我的家長,也有些誤人子弟.這是不可原諒的.所以對於每個孩子我盡力做到問心無愧.這樣我只好利用課前檢查,課後補的方法來照顧到每個學生.於是無形之中我要多上出40分鍾的課.已成習慣,覺得是責任.
上課時盡量讓自己象鷹一樣機敏,象天使一樣有愛心,還得有海洋一樣寬廣的胸懷.只有這樣才能上好一堂比較滿意的課.還要充滿著激情,具有一定的影響力.同時教態也要可親,並善於運用幽默給學生帶去快樂.當然我還要讓學生感覺到我是多麼認真,我教得多麼開心.因為我若做不到這點,我又如何讓他們學得開心,學得認真.
下課了,本應休息一下.可是因為有的學生作業完成不好,於是只好利用這個時間補課,再琢磨下堂的課.如果我能悠閑地坐在辦公桌前,喝一點熱水,那便是一種很奢侈的享受了.每次離開課堂時,我都會很安靜,安靜得甚至打蔫.但只要一走進教室,步伐馬上變得矯健起來,人也精神了.沒有辦法,在孩子們跟前你沒有權利充滿惰性,沒有權利任性.
不過我不是每次都會表現得很好.有時腦子有些鈍木,我就會犯一些幼稚的錯誤.如我會跟學生計較,缺少忍耐性.容忍不了學生犯錯誤.會傻傻地機械地重復著我教授的內容.那時學生會皺起眉頭,有的學生乾脆轉移注意力,溜號,或者搞小動作,或者說話去了.所以有時我們總怪學生不好好學,其實真應該找找老師的原因.當我覺得自己合格時,我覺得學生們都合格,所以如其總是管他們,還不如多檢點自己.而每次傷害學生後,我更是難受極了.不過我會原諒自己,因為我不是聖人,而且我已經盡力了.但是我卻不希望自己再犯.
我想一堂成功的課是在和諧的氣氛中完成,而且學生學得投入,學得輕松.老師對學生是尊重和理解,引導和幫助.大夥都充滿了活力,都把它看成是享受.
自從我去蓋倫,感覺自己進步還是很大的.所以苦也是值得的.而且大夥一起上課,你會覺得自己不孤獨.有人跟你一起忙,一起感受著同樣的喜怒哀樂,再加上大夥關系也融洽,所以覺得既熱鬧,又開心.
一般時候我會跟學生開開玩笑,大孩子跟我有時象朋友.小孩子也會在我身後笑嬉嬉地稱呼我「小楊老師」.或者老遠看見我時,就象一個個可愛的小燕子往我跟前飛.我會把雙臂伸開,做迎接狀.我知道孩子們需要的是溫和,那時他們很願意表現好,怕老師說.如果你跟孩子凶,他們會疏遠你,進而連你的課都不喜歡了.讓我繼續培養愛心吧.為了我身上的責任,為了孩子們.
上完上午課,我得及時備課,否則很容易忘記的.這樣一來,回家時已經快1點了.肚子已經開始咕咕叫了.坐上回家的車,下午1：40還要上課去.回家是沒有休息的時間了.於是一上車,我基本就會眯上眼睛,讓自己的內心停止一會兒,放鬆一會.同時也覺得陣陣困意湧上來,於是藉此打個盹.可是在這之前通常還要把剛上完的課回顧一下,看有沒有什麼問題.
到家之後老公通常都會把飯做好.這時只覺得好幸福,家真的太溫暖了.
吃完飯,又趕著下午的課.忙碌又開始了.下午完事後也不能馬上回家,還要忙一些別的事.比如出卷紙,做使用學費,粘車票等等一些雜事.終於到了晚上可以回家了,走在路上不忘給兒子買點吃的,心裡會有充實的感覺.
到了晚上,又開始接著忙.洗衣服.最重要的是輔導兒子預習,給他補充一點課外內容.這時我會把自己所有的活放在一邊專心地陪他,當兒子的老師.不過他不象別的孩子好教,別的孩子會很順從.他很容易跟我撅嘴,每當這時我就想馬上睡覺去.好在兒子在我的訓導下,脾氣好多了.但是隨著他年級的增長,我輔導起來不是很得心應手,有時跟他也要備課的.
