我也等得不耐煩了，就先開始了。跳了幾十個之後，我就開始跳花樣，又是跑跳，又是向後跳。跳多了，我覺得樓上的地板不結實，就跑到露台上去跳。
可是我選的位置不對，跳起來繩子經常碰到頂上的鐵桿子，所以又另闢蹊徑，去找另一個地方跳繩。我去了露台的另一個地方，雖然位置小了點，但跳跳繩還是可以的。
終於，跳累了。我坐在椅子上，邊吃水果邊吃餅干，好不自在。輪到我跑步時，跑起來腳腕這酸痛的不行，只好把跑步改成了快走。
運動完後，我和媽媽坐在椅子上，愜意地吃吃喝喝，最後在媽媽的督促下才拖拖拉拉地去洗澡。要是每天都能這么快樂地運動，那該多好啊！

Word is the foundation of learning English so you must start from word（I don't know your level）but I don't encourage you to learn by rote.單詞是學習英語的基本功，所以你必須從單詞開始（當然這要視你的水平而定），但是我也不建議你死記硬背地記單詞.
You'd better read some interesting story or English joke then you will command a large vocabulary.最好能讀一些英語故事或者笑話，你會慢慢地有一個大的詞彙量的.
Here are some notes for you from my own experience:
1.English-learning should be integrated into daily lives. Not only learn English, but live in English also.
