我還知道老虎的天敵是豺狗。豺狗是一種紀律性很強的動物，等捕到一隻獵物時，吃飽的豺狗甚至更兇猛地去追捕，但它們追捕到獵物之後自己卻不吃而是留給還餓著的豺狗。
我印象最深的要數連續5天播放的系列片《獵豹的成長》。獵豹的成長故事中有艱辛、快樂，也有失落、痛苦。獵豹媽媽一旦捕到獵物，就會把它的一條腿咬斷，然後拖到小獵豹面前，敦促小獵豹去追捕。如果小獵豹沒追到，獵豹媽媽就會撕咬小獵豹讓它繼續追捕。沒想到動物培養孩子這么有膽有識有遠見，我不禁對獵豹媽媽的所作所為感到震驚，產生了深深的敬佩之意。
一天，我看了一集《動物世界》，是介紹獅子的。獅子是群居動物，在一群獅子中總有一頭或兩頭領頭的大雄獅子，其餘都是雌獅和小獅。捕捉獵物大多集體行動。讓我費解的是大雄獅子竟然不參與捕食，而是坐享其成。抓回來的獵物總是先由它享用，然後才會輪到雌獅和小獅。
最讓我激動的是，雌獅們為捕食和雄獅們為保衛自己的領地而浴血奮戰的情景。雌獅捕獵時先從不同角度靠近獵群，當與獵物的距離足夠近的時候就會發起突然襲擊，把老弱病殘的獵物分離出來，然後在追捕它們。獅子的捕獵秘訣不在於短時間內取得成功，而是憑它們足夠的耐心和耐力消耗獵物的體力，最後把獵物咬死。獅群中領頭的大雄獅子是獅群領地的守護神。如有外來雄獅來犯，大雄獅子先是大聲吼叫以示警告。這招不行，就會展開肉體上的拼搏，這是很殘酷的，你死我活的戰斗，因為一旦失利就得讓位。
《動物世界》這個欄目演繹著動物之間的精彩故事，我不僅學到了許多動物知識，欣賞到了大自然天然的美，更讓我明白了動物世界和人類世界一樣，充滿機遇，充滿競爭，也充滿了愛。現在人類很珍愛動物，在《動物世界》中，我經常會看到人類拯救野生動物的感人故事。我相信人類和動物一定會永遠友好下去，和諧共存。
