First of all, we should make a list about the things we need to do today. The chef thing to remember is to do the things which are extremely critical first. Second, be concentrated. For the people, they may lack of self-control, they are easily got distracted by other things, thus it』s important for them to do the things according to the list. Don』t do other things unless you have finish your job. Last but not least, wake up earlier in the morning. You』ll find you have more time to do the things you want.
首先，我們應該為自己今天要做的事情列一張表。最重要的是要記住先做那些緊急的事情。其次，要專心。對於年輕人來說，他們也許缺乏自控能力，很容易被其他事情分神。因此，按照單子做事情非常重要。做不完列表上的事，就不做其他的閑事。最後，早上起得早一點。你會發現你能有更多的時間來做你想做的事。
In a word, we should have a plan about the things we are going to do. Only in this way we can use time effectively.
一句話，我們應該對將要做的事情寫個計劃。只有這樣，我們才能合理的利用時間。

時間的表達：

1、所有的時間都可以用「小時 + 分鍾」直接讀：

1:10 one ten

9:30 nine thirty

1:40 one forty

2、如果所表述的時間在半小時之內，可以用「分鍾 + past + 小時」：

1:10 ten past one

2:20 twenty past two

10:25 twenty-five past ten

3、如果所表述的時間在半小時之外，可以用「（相差的）分鍾 + to + （下一）小時」：

10:35 twenty-five to eleven

5:50 ten to six

9:49 eleven to ten 快9點啦！

It』s almost nine. 剛過9點！

It』s just after nine.

4、如果所表述的時間恰好為半小時，可以用「half + past + 小時」：

half past 10 十點半 a quarter past 7 七點十五分 fifteen minutes to five四點四十五分

thirty minutes till 11 十點半

5、如果所表述的分鍾和15有關，就有三種表達法：

（15分鍾又叫一刻鍾：a quarter）

9:15 nine fifteen ; fifteen past nine ; a quarter past nine

3:45 three forty-five ; fifteen to four ; a quarter to four

6、整點的表達：

現在是兩點整。It's two./It's two o'clock.

另外英語中的 noon 和midnight 可分別直接表示白天和夜晚的12點：

It's (twelve) noon. 現在是中午十二點。

It's (twelve) midnight. 現在是半夜零點。

7、大約時間：

It's almost two. 馬上到兩點了。

It's not quite two. 還不到兩點。

It's just after two. 剛過兩點。

8、若想表明是上午，可在時間後加上a.m.

如：thirteen past six a.m.（上午六點十三分）。

若想表明是下午，可在時間後加上p.m.

Today our topis is how to take full use of your spare time. 7. 日期怎麼用英文書寫

日期寫法宜遵從下列規則：

1)年份必須完全寫明，不可用"04代替2004;

2)月份必須用英文拼出或採用公認的簡寫，即 January (Jan.),February (Feb.),March(Mar.),April(Apr.),May,June,July,August (Aug.),September

(Sept.),October(Oct.),November(Nov.),December(Dec.);

3)日期可用序數詞，如：1st,2nd,3rd,4th,...；也可用基數詞，如：1，2，3，4，...。但美式大多採用後者；

4)在年份和月日之間必須用逗號隔開；

5)日期不可全部採用如7.12.2003或7/12/2003的阿拉伯數字書寫，否則會引起誤解。因為英美在這方面的習慣用法不同。按美國人習慣，上述日期為2003年7月12日，而按英國習慣則是2003年12月7日。
