② 我與我的專業作文

寫作思路：根據題目要求，通過教堂上的認知，對新聞專業有了更多的了解，最後總結自己的感受。

大學時我讀了新聞專業，上了一年多還糊里糊塗，不知道這個專業到底學的是什麼。那時我們已經學了中國古代和現當代文學史，學了文藝批評，學了古代和現代漢語，也學了一些傳播學理論，但我們卻都雲里霧里，不知道這和新聞有什麼關系。

搞不清所學專業的目的所在，也就無法體驗到專業的樂趣。大二也正是「上不著天下不著地」的階段，大家雖然偶爾有學不到東西的低落，但也沒有迫在眉睫的焦慮，於是紛紛「放羊」。就在這樣一種迷茫又愜意的狀態里，趙麗芳老師出現了。

她是教新聞寫作課的老師，剛剛30歲出頭。本以為老師又是照本宣科地一通講，但是沒想到的是，她很快就把我們分成了組，然後讓每個組報一個題目，去采訪、整理，最後形成一篇新聞特稿。整門課就圍繞實際操作的選題做，這就是她的教學思路。

這可算是個挑戰。新聞采訪我們已經學過，但都是在課堂上學的，除了記住一堆這原則那原則，什麼都沒記住，不知道怎麼記筆記，更不知道該采訪哪些內容，報選題也是頭一遭。記得我們組最後確定的選題是「在大學的農民工」。

大夥兒一通采，把學校工地里的建築工、食堂里的師傅、校門口的小保安通通采了個遍。最後整理采訪的時候還挺得意，覺得材料搜集得肯定不錯。但是趙老師看完後毫不客氣地把問題指了出來：我們采訪時，都按照一個套路，把采訪對象的年齡、籍貫、工作一問拉倒，跟查戶口似的。

這次作業極大激發了我對專業課的興趣，也就是在趙老師的課上，我開始漸漸領悟到新聞專業理論和實踐結合的樂趣，對新聞的熱情也越來越高，可以說，我最後能走上新聞工作的道路，是從趙老師的課堂開始的。

也正因為此，我對趙老師始終抱有感激之情。在我離開學校以後，趙老師擔任了學院的領導職務，有了更大的平台，她也可以有更多的可能按自己的想法改造新聞專業的教學。

Sleep Study - Failed ME
I slept just fine last night as I did in my first sleep study 5 years ago! I'm so frustrated!!! I pretty sure it went fine, because the technitian said she couldn't talk to me about it, but she said I wasn't snoring and then asked me about stress.

My husband and I are at a loss. I express the symptoms at home lots of times. The only thing we can think of is my allergies cause problems only at home. I'm allergic to lots of things and one of them being mold. We know we have mold under wood raised basement floors. We ripped out the floors and relayed thick sheets of poly-vinyl. We have some in our crawl space as well. But, I don't have any other allergy signs other than sinus drainage through the back of my throat and an itchy palate in the summer.

Yet, again I think my Dr. is going to say he doesn't know what is wrong with me. I bet he'll say...maybe your depressed are you under stress UUUUUGHGGGHH.

Is there anything I can rent myself to show postive proof I'm having problems at night?

Hi Cyndi,

There is a good test that will tell you if your problems are caused by sleep apnea (or some sort of physical obstruction in your airways) or if they are related to stress or other psychological issues. You will need an oxymeter, a device that measures the level of blood oxygen saturation. In healthy people it is always close to 100%, rarely dropping below 95%. You must have had that parameter measured ring your sleep studies and it probably didn't show anything abnormal, that's why your doctor thinks you are ok. If you can get hold of this device (you put it either on your finger or on the ear) use it ring a couple of nights at home and observe if your oxygen saturation drops below 90%. If it does it may be caused by apneas or hypopneas. If it doesn't, the problem must be somewhere else. Check out sleep apnea info on my website.
