軍訓的第一天我們學習了拔軍姿，在這之前，對於沒軍訓過的我來說，認為拔軍姿是一件很簡單的事，我想：「不就是立正么，肯定很簡單的！」可是，當我真正體驗到了拔軍姿的威力後，我不禁心頭一震。
拔軍姿首先要立正，抬頭挺胸，兩眼目視前方，然後大拇指要貼於食指第二節，兩手必須緊緊地扣在褲子上，中指要緊貼褲縫線，腿一定要挺直，不能有彎曲的趨勢。
其實，光是這些還不算什麼，重要的是要保持這樣的姿勢站立很長時間，即使身體上的哪些部位癢癢或是有蟲子之類的生物在身邊飛也不能動彈。
拔軍姿真的很鍛煉人，它教會了我們什麼叫毅力，什麼叫堅持，更告訴了我們部隊有鐵的紀律，不能因為自己的小動作而影響了整體。
在這里，我想到了那些戰士們，他們是國家的護衛軍，更是勇敢、無私的象徵。多少個佳節他們只得在遠方默默地思念著親人，孤獨地在夜空下站崗執勤。我不禁對他們產生了崇敬。

軍訓生活除了訓練，還有吃飯和睡覺等等，沒有軍訓過的人可能會笑：「吃飯和睡覺有什麼好說的？」可是我要說，在這里的日常生活個家裡的完全不一樣。每天早上聽命令起床，絕不能晚。吃飯前要喊番號，晚上要按時熄燈等等。在這里，一切的一切都要軍事化管理，不能有絲毫的馬虎。
