The earth scale change of climate has brought a new kind of natural disaster and the developed and complicated city system is holding a latent risk of expanding the damage artificially.Also people has been spoiling the health since the immense quantity of chemicals have been proced and already used in pursuit of convenience and various toxic substances have been proced unintentionally and accumulated in environment.Therefore,We need some countermeasures from the viewpoint to prevent the city environment form disaster and to manage environmental risks.So we will develop and improve a new risk management system and a disaster prevention system to preserve and create the city environment where people feel easy and sound in their life.

In my opinion, to protect environment, the government must take even more concrete measures. First, it should let people fully realize the importance of environmental protection through ecation. Second, much more efforts should be made to put the population planning policy into practice, because more people means more people means more pollution. Finally, those who destroy the environment intentionally should be severely punished. We should let them know that destroying environment means destroying mankind themselves.

我的看法是，為了保護環境，政府應當採取更具體的 措施 。首先，應當通過 教育 的 方法 使人們充分謒到環境保護的重要性。第二，應更加努力把計劃生育政策付諸實施，因為人口多就意味著污染嚴重。最後，要嚴懲那些故意破壞環境者。使他們破壞環境就是毀滅人類自己。

There are still many problems of environmental protection in recent years. One of the most serious problems is the serious pollution of air, water and soil. the polluted air does great harm to people』s health. The polluted water causes diseases and death. What is more, vegetation had been greatly reced with the rapid growth of modern cities.

To protect the environment, governments of many countries have done a lot. Legislative steps have been introced to control air pollution, to protect the forest and sea resources and to stop any environmental pollution. Therefore, governments are playing the most important role in the environmental protection today.

目前環保還存在著許多問題。最嚴重的問題就是空氣、水和土壤的嚴重污染。污染的空氣對人類的健康十分有害。污染的水引起疼病，造成死亡。更有甚者，隨著現代社會的迅速擴建，植被大大的減少。

We have only one earth.

It's clear how important it is to take care of our earth.

However,nowadays the environment is being polluted badly,so we must take actions.

For example,we should pick up the rubbish and throw it into sbin.

We should collect waste batteries.

And we should use plastic bags as less as possible.

In addition,we mustn't spit in public places.

Protecting the environment is our ty.

As a student,I will try my best and advise others to protect the environment together.

I believe the earth will become more and more beautiful if everyone can make their effort.
