Appetizer/First Course前菜

美式叫法：Starter

西餐的主菜，以大塊肉類為主，或者是整塊魚，或大個頭的海鮮中國人概念里的主食和素食，比如麵包和土豆泥。也會作為配菜(Side Dish)一齊奉上美國快餐店的菜單，還有1主n配的套餐(Combo)。

Dressing / Sauce醬汁
