安逸的環境待得舒服了習慣了，每天拍拍照片，讀讀文章，看看視頻，好不愜意。可是我也有因為害怕而一直逃避的事情。我害怕知道自己的網球水平比很多人都低，所以逃避打比賽。害怕知道自己英語寫作和口語實在退步得厲害，所以逃避丟開模板練習。這都是小事，但是這都是懦弱和短視。

自知者英，自勝者雄。不經常經歷一些小的挑戰，如何面對日後的大挑戰；不經常磨礪自己，如何成長為厲害的人物。所以，想要成長，就不能懦弱，不能後退，要勇敢，要把握大局，不能因為小小的怯懦而止步不前。
