女性就業率低於男性12%
2010年，九三學社陝西省委員會承擔了省婦聯性別平等重點項目,就女大學生就業招聘中的性別歧視進行調查。調查選擇北京、上海、沈陽、西安、深圳和昆明六個抽樣城拿簡市，每個城市發放問卷300份，共計1800份，並收回有效問卷1333份。其中，女性受訪者佔到59.56%，男性受訪者佔到40.44%。據了解，問卷發放主要集中在各城市勞動力市場及高校，受訪者年齡主要集中在20~39歲這一求職主年齡段。
調查數據顯示，被訪的36.3%的女性未就業，23.9%的男性未就業，由此可以看出，女性未就業率高於男性12個百分點。
