Though the English exams are difficult and you will meet different opponents,I think the English exams have many advantages.
In my opinion,only when you in the exams can you realize yourself.Besides,you can exchange knowledge with different opponents who e from different schools,which is beneficial to know more about other students whose ages are same with you.Besides,if you bae the winner in the English exams,you can be confident.On the other hand,if you are fail in the English exams,you can tell yourself you can have done better if you learn English harder, which I think will result in your higher marks.
In a word, participating in the English exams is useful regardless of the results, and I think you can have a try.
