我學抄會了包餃子
那是一個快樂的星期天，我們全家人聚在一起包餃子。
媽媽備好餃子皮和餡，大家就圍著桌子包起餃子來。我也嚷嚷著要學包餃子，媽媽答應了，並在一旁示範起來。只見媽媽左手拿著餃子皮，在餃子皮的邊沿沾上水，然後用勺子把餡放到餃子皮中央，同時兩邊一捏，一個漂亮的餃子就在媽媽手中誕生了。啊！做餃子那麼簡單呀。我迫不及待地學著媽媽的樣子包起餃子來。
我捏住餃子的這邊，那邊的餡冒出來，捏住那邊，這邊的陷又冒出來了。後來，我乾脆把麵皮放進手裡，同時兩邊一捏，兩邊都不出陷了，但它的「肚子」卻破了，我趕緊拿來另一張麵皮，把它的「肚子」補上，這才算包了一個餃子。看看媽媽捏的餃子一個個挺著「將軍肚」，活像打了勝仗的大將軍，而我的呢，還沒上「戰場」就已經先趴下了。大家笑得前俯後仰。但我並不灰心，「萬事開頭難」，我又認真的包起餃子。不一會兒，我終於掌握了做餃子的技巧，一個個漂亮的餃子也在我手中誕生了。
品嘗自己包成的餃子時，我覺得格外香，享受自己勞動的果實是最甜美的。通過這件事我悟出了一個道理，「天下無難事，只怕有心人。」
