****正統法式大餐****
法國人一向以善於吃並精於吃而聞名,法式大餐至今仍名列世界西菜之首。正統法式大餐一般有九道菜之多。
開胃菜:這是第一道菜,即頭盤,用以提高食慾,一般是份量較小的冷盤。菜式主要有熏魚、生蚝或麵包。

湯:分為味道清淡的清燉湯,味鮮香但較油膩的奶油湯,或是由多種食物材料煮成的濃湯。
