****正統法式大餐****
法國人一向以善於吃並精於吃而聞名，法式大餐至今仍名列世界西菜之首。正統法式大餐一般有九道菜之多。
開胃菜：這是第一道菜，即頭盤，用以提高食慾，一般是份量較小的冷盤。菜式主要有熏魚、生蚝或麵包。
