❼ 英語的信怎麼寫

英文書信一般可由信頭、信內地址、稱呼、信的正文、結束語、簽名、信封幾個基本要素組成。根據實際需要，還可以加上附件等要素。

① 信頭 ( Heading )
信頭又稱信端，一般寫在信紙的右上角，包括寄信人通信地址和寫信日期。第一行先寫寄信人的門牌號碼，再寫街道名稱；第二行先寫縣市名稱，再寫省份名稱，往右空兩個字母寬的位置，再寫上郵政編碼。如果信是寄給國外的，寄信人還應該寫第三行，這行寫自己國家的名稱，最後一行寫寫信的日期。每行的後面可用標點符號，也可以不用。如用，前面幾行的末尾都用逗號，寫信日期的後面則用句號，如：

Nov.8, 2005.

② 信內地址 ( Inside Address )
信內地址位於左上角。在信頭之後，下空兩三行，從左邊頂格處寫起。第一行寫稱呼和姓名，第二行寫收信人的單位名稱，第三行寫地址，地址中每個詞的首字母要大寫，如：
Dr. David Fuller
Graate Studies
Northern State University
1200 South Jay Street
Aberdeen, SD57401-7198
U.S.A.

③ 稱呼 ( Salutation )
在正式公文中，一般用Formal (正式)的稱呼；在半公半私的信件中，可用Less formal（次正式）的稱呼；在社交信件中，尤其是親屬與好友之間的通信，可用Informal（非正式）的稱呼。

④ 信的正文 ( The Body of the Letter )
一般來說，一封好的英文書信應符合正確、簡潔、明了、禮貌這幾個基本要求。
書信的格式也有平頭和縮頭之分，在平頭里，每段每行的首字母與稱呼及信內地址的首字母垂直排齊，每段之間的段距比行距要大一些，一般為兩行；在縮行式里，每段第一行首字母應往右縮進兩三個字母，每段之間的段距與行距相等。不論是平頭式還是縮行式，書信正文應從稱呼之下兩三行處開始。

⑤ 結束語 ( Complimentary Close )
事務信件中常用的結束語有：

⑥ 簽名 ( Signature )
寫信人要在結束語下面簽名，以表示對信件中的全部內容負責。簽名和結束語應寫在正文之下兩三行中間偏右位置，但現在為了打字方便，很多人將這兩個部分分別打和簽在信紙左端、正文之下兩三行處，與信內地址、稱呼以及正文各段的左端垂直排齊，如：

⑦ 附言（Postscript）
可以用P.S. 補上遺漏的話。通常在信末簽名下面幾行的左方，應與正文齊頭。在正式的信函中，應避免使用附言。

⑧ 附件（Enclosure）
信件如果有附件，可在信紙的左下角，註上Encl: 或Enc:。如果附件不止一項，應寫成Encls: 或Encs:
