人被迫離開了教學第一線,心卻留在了那裡。我讓同年級的老師把學生的作業、試卷捎回來,通過批改作業和試卷了解學生學習情況。高三第一次月考時,我在床上躺著改完了補習班三分之二的試卷。好多人知道後,對我的說的第一句話就是:你真行呀!
拆掉石膏,我馬上下地練習走路,剛能一瘸一拐走路,我就迫不及待地上班了。由於特殊原因,我一上班,就接任了三個班的課,累是必然的,再加上是未能康復就上的班,一天下來後,受傷的腳都是腫痛難忍。
正在這個時候,我女兒患了一種很少見的病——胯關節滑膜炎,如不及時治療或治療不到位,就會導致股骨頭壞死,造成終生殘疾。一邊是教師的職責,面對的是將近二百雙求知的眼睛,一邊是母親的職責,面對是需要自己照顧的女兒,權衡輕重,我是哪頭都不能扔呀。於是,我拖著尚未完全康復的腳,奔波於學校和醫院之間,堅強地履行著一個教師和一個母親應盡的職責,即使是女兒住院期間,我也未耽誤學生一節課、一節輔導。有一次,眼看輔導的時間快到了,而丈夫還沒來醫院,我就跟孩子商量:「你自己在病房呆一會兒,看會兒故事書,爸爸一會就來,讓媽媽去學校行嗎?」女兒怯生生地說:「媽媽你別去學校了,我一個人在這兒呆著害怕。」望著女兒稚嫩的臉,我強忍內心的酸楚,對女兒說:「你已經是三年級學生了,要勇敢些,知道嗎?」在女兒不情願的目光中我眼含熱淚帶上房門匆匆而去,那一晚,我是一路流著眼淚到學校的。
為了保證教學質量,我往往是給女兒補完課,安置好孩子後,再開始備自己的課,每每都是要到深夜十二點以後才能休息。那段時間,我真的是身心疲憊,腳也由於得不到充分休息,疼得更厲害了,走路的時候瘸得也更很了,學生這時卻說:「龐老師,我們覺得你這走路的姿勢,是我們心中一道最美的風景!」
今年開學後,學校又給我一個班,擔任四個畢業班的語文課,這可是魏縣一中歷史上前所未有的!
要想高質量地完成教學任務,不是一件簡單的事。先說備課。四個班,是四個層次,有文有理,有實驗班,有非實驗班還有特殊班,要想高質量地完成教學任務,必須進行不同的課時、課型、練習的准備,備課量之大可想而知。
再說上課。我每天要上八節課!不說別的,光是一天八節課站下來,腿就會腫脹起來,更何況還要因材施教!上課時,學生為我准備好橙子,但為了不影響學生聽課的情緒,我從來沒有坐著講過課。有一次星期六下午的第八節課,學生說:「看,別班的學生都開始飯後的散步了,而咱們還在這里上課,這應該是魏縣一中校園里一道最美的風景吧!」
再說輔導。我每天八節課已屬超負荷工作,學校允許我晚上可以不來輔導。但我考慮到教輔是一體,如果輔導不到位,也難以讓學生鞏固學習效果。於是我堅持每周三個晚上的輔導,而且每天晚上是三個自習(別的老師都是兩個自習),往往是下了自習,已將近晚上十點,這個時候回家去,路上只是我孤零零一個人,每次都是提心吊膽的。哪天晚上有輔導下午下課後就來不及回家吃飯了,只能到學校食堂吃點,回辦公室休息一會兒,就去教室輔導。有時實在太累了,就在辦公室泡一袋方便麵對付一下。就這樣,我從來沒有因為時間緊而輔導遲到,更沒有以上課累為理由耽誤過學生一節輔導!
一分付出,一分收獲。在兩次市模考中,我所任的理科班語文在所有的參考科目中成績最好。
二、以身作則,培養學生健全人格
言傳身教,引導學生健康成長
去年接任的補習班,學生來自各處,不僅有本縣的,還有外縣乃至外省的;不僅學習成績參差不齊,素質修養更是懸殊。針對這種情況,我深入班集,去了解每一個學生的具體情況,然後針對他們不同的思想狀況做工作。廣平來的一個學生,從生活到學習都不習慣,情緒很是低落。了解到這一情況後,我先從生活上去關心他,病了,我帶他去看醫生,用自己的錢為他買葯,幾次去他的住處看望他,甚至帶他回家吃飯,讓他有一種在家一樣的感覺;然後在學習上給他講方法,幫他制定科學的學習計劃,讓他樹立信心,最終幫他走出了失敗的低谷,在2004年高考中以超出第一次高考200分的成績考入了一所理想的大學。教師節他給我來了一張賀卡,上面寫著:龐老師,我不會忘記你對我的幫助。你在操場上給我談心的場面,是我記憶中一道最美的風景!
班裡一位學生迷戀上網,徹夜不歸,我一次次地找他談心,他當面表示改正,可一轉臉,又進網吧了。有一次晚自習,我發現他又沒來,我推測他准又去了網吧,於是我便在文秘資源網縣城網吧最集中的地方一個一個挨著去找!找到夜裡十點多的時候,終於在一個不起眼的網吧中找到了打游戲正入迷的他!過了僅僅兩個星期,他又開始逃課了。於是我又開始一家網吧接一家網吧地去找他。他的父母對我說:「龐老師,你別在他身上費心了。對他,我們都沒信心了。」學生也勸我說:「龐老師,算了吧。都這么大了,應該什麼都知道的。你已經盡心了。」我卻說:「不,既然你們的父母把你們交給了學校,既然學校把你們交給了我,把你們帶好就是我義不容辭的責任!」在我的感化下,這位學生終於穩下心來,在經歷了一翻拼搏之後,最終也考入了一所理想的大學。去年春節放假回來,約了幾個學生一起來看我,說話時,他非常感慨地說:「龐老師,你用實際行動告訴了我們什麼是責任心!我們知道以後該怎麼做了。」
高考前一個月,學生的心態不穩,情緒也較低落,為了激勵學生,我跟他們說:「最後一個月,我陪大家一起學!咱們一起沖過這黎明前的黑暗,共同迎接高考的勝利!」於是,我每天都早早到班裡去,晚上堅持下了自習再回去。班集成了我的家,家反倒像一個暫時歇腳的地方了。我女兒在作文里寫道:「媽媽是一中的一名教師,她總是很忙。我早上醒來時,她已經到學校去了,我晚上睡著了,她還沒回來。」是呀,我就是這樣帶著我的學生迎來了高考,學生們用88%本科上線率的優異成績給了我一個完美的答復:我的努力沒有白費!
