言傳身教，引導學生健康成長
去年接任的補習班，學生來自各處，不僅有本縣的，還有外縣乃至外省的；不僅學習成績參差不齊，素質修養更是懸殊。針對這種情況，我深入班集，去了解每一個學生的具體情況，然後針對他們不同的思想狀況做工作。廣平來的一個學生，從生活到學習都不習慣，情緒很是低落。了解到這一情況後，我先從生活上去關心他，病了，我帶他去看醫生，用自己的錢為他買葯，幾次去他的住處看望他，甚至帶他回家吃飯，讓他有一種在家一樣的感覺；然後在學習上給他講方法，幫他制定科學的學習計劃，讓他樹立信心，最終幫他走出了失敗的低谷，在2004年高考中以超出第一次高考200分的成績考入了一所理想的大學。教師節他給我來了一張賀卡，上面寫著：龐老師，我不會忘記你對我的幫助。你在操場上給我談心的場面，是我記憶中一道最美的風景！
