剛剛步入大學的時候，知道自己要考4級，也就慢慢的接觸4級聽力了，第內1次聽4級聽力的時候覺容得特別的懵逼，最大的感受就是匪夷所思，因為自己聽聽一點，也不像我們高中的時候你聽你那樣子，4級聽力是所有的問題，以及對話都在耳機當中，卷子上只有答案沒有問題。

③ 面對英語四級的聽力我有點茫然，

前面的幾個短對話每句都要盡量聽清楚~~問題也要仔細聽~~有的時候短對話聽的很清楚但是問題沒搞清楚也會失分的~~再來長對話一定要在fast reading那擠出一兩分鍾用來瀏覽長對話每一題的四個選項~~通過選項猜測對話的大致內容~~聽對話的時候要是遇到與選項相近的一定要做標記~~如果在對話中聽到年份啊時間啊要記錄清楚~~長對話不一定每一句都聽的明白~~如果這句沒聽懂就不要想了~~繼續聽下面的~~不要為了一句沒懂的吧下面的也耽誤了~~
考四六級的時候用過王長喜的聽力也用過星火的~~都還不錯~~~可以買來練習一下~~

④ 經驗分享：大學英語四級聽力考試心得

1、首先要做好心理准備。

緊張不利於理解，只有放鬆情緒，聽覺器官才能對聲音信號作出敏感的反映，進而提高思維理解能力。因此如果考前感到緊張，不妨做一下深呼吸或想些與考試無關的事情。這樣就很容易把精力集中起來，從而取得良好的聽力效果。

2、理解好題意，做到心中有數。

剛發下試卷的時候，首先應該把題中所問的問題大體瀏覽一遍，作到心中有數，這樣做的好處是：第一，可以判斷所聽內容，第二，依據上下文有助於預測答案。這樣在聽錄音的時候，我們就可以不免緊張，可以有針對性的去聽，尋找有效信息。

3、搶用短文，預測聽寫內容。

聽寫的短文一般在100-200字左右，共重復三遍。考生可利用聽指令前的空隙，略看一下短文，做到"有的放矢"。

4、使用速記方法，從文中找出答案。

一定要避免只顧記下聽寫的第一單詞，而後面的幾句後匆匆而過，來不及填寫第二個空的情況針。我認為在考試中應採用速記方法，迅速記下每個聽到的單詞。所說的速記就是用一些簡單的符號。縮寫、字母記下所聽到的內容，不讓每個單詞漏網。

5、綜合多種技能和技巧來理解語篇尋求答案。

(1)、閱讀技巧：應用平行結構預測所填內容;

(2)、寫作技巧：英文短篇的首句通常為topicsentence，注意此句的理解有助於聽出下文空缺;

(3)、key、word通過關鍵詞可預測答案;

(4)、熟悉語法結構、句式等有益於聽寫;

(5)、聽話聽音：speaker的語音、語詞、語氣等都是很好的暗示，要充分利用;

(6)、不同的文體有不同的特點和寫法，掌握這一點對聽寫大有裨益。

總之，聽力技巧的掌握以綜合英語水平為基礎，這涉及到掌握的詞彙量、詞彙的熟練程度，閱讀能力等考試的各個環節。我們只有在提高自己英語水平的各個方面的前提下才能更有效的提高聽力成績。我相信只要大家多聽、多練，一定會在聽力、聽寫測試中取得滿意的成績，順利地通過大學英語四級考試。

⑤ 大學英語四級考試的感想或體會

新四級考試整個流程
新四級考試的時間：9：00－11：20分
考試從9:10開始，首先做回寫作題，（15% 15分）
9:40結束，同時答開始做快速閱讀題。
9:55，監考老師收這兩部分的答題卡。
10:00，開始聽力考試，然後做剩下（完型或改錯、閱讀理解、中英翻譯）的題，直到11:20結束。
新四級寫作的時間未變，只是做為第一部分，所以大家一定要做好心理准備，寫作也應該好好准備，因為直接影響到接下來題目的發揮。
快速閱讀是新四級的一個新增部分，只有15分鍾，千萬不要一字一句地去讀，學會定位。

這兩部分做好後，是要收卷子的。

緊接著是聽力，不再是20分鍾，而是35分鍾了，大家一定要准備好。

閱讀數量為三篇，一篇是選詞填空，另外兩篇是傳統的選擇，但注意時間是25分鍾。

接下來是15分鍾的改錯或完型，四級不再是只有完型而無改錯了。

最後五分鍾是簡短問答或中譯英，中譯英是新出來的題型。

當然分數越高用人單位越喜歡。

短文理解部分抄的文章信襲息量大、題材范圍廣。從歷年的考試題目來看，短文理解部分考查過社會、生活、政治、歷史、文化、藝術等多種題材。由於很多短文文章邏輯結構復雜，生詞難句較多，所以很多考生都覺得這一部分很難駕馭。

⑧ 關於英語四級聽力短文理解如何提高

良好的心理素質是提高聽力的必要條件。如果聽聽力時積極，主動，充滿信心，不帶任何心理負擔，就可以最大限度的發揮你的正常水平！急躁是影響聽力的大敵。開始由於聽懂較少，就容易產生急躁情緒，進而出現連鎖反應：急躁——思想分散——自責抱怨——導致聽力失敗。只有穩定的情緒，持之以恆，經過大量，多次地聽，才能產生效果！
你既然意識到單詞量不足，就要下狠功夫記單詞啊！專門買一本四級考試詞彙。我曾經就買了一本，上面講解單詞很詳細的，有用法及其片語。還有真題！要下定決心每天集下多少！
單詞讀音不熟，說明你在初中音標的基礎還沒有打牢，你可以買磁帶跟這裡面讀，一定要跟磁帶裡面的讀音相同！另外還有個原因可能是你在學慣用語的過程中很少開口說英語，著一定要改正，像我幾時放假回家了，我也堅持每天在陽台上讀書，我就大著嗓子讀，不管別人怎麼看。這之後，我幾乎是只要看到英語就又想讀的慾望！不過在一開始讀的時候一定要發音準確，否則後來總是把錯誤的讀音記住了，很難改正的！最終你會覺得對聽力中的單詞很陌生！
在閱讀中看見長句子不要慌，長句子還不是由主謂賓，定狀補組成，無非是在其中在加上東西！遇到長句子就把各個成分劃分清楚！長句子自然就變的很清楚的短句子！這一點說起來容易，做起來有點難的。因此在平時閱讀的過程中就要細細揣摩，嘗試著運用。熟能生巧嘛，到考試的時候定能派上用場！
學習是沒有捷徑可以走的，只有一步一步腳踏實地。別人也都是這樣走過來的！多多培養自己對英語的興趣，不要為了讓考試而學英語！
