英語寫作部分（Writing）15%，寫作的體裁包括議論文、說明文、應用文等，翻譯部分測試的是句子、短語或常用表達層次上的中譯英能力。
英語四級考試的流程：
1、9:10—9:40，作答作文，並把答案寫在答題卡1上。
2、9:40，聽力考試開始，聽力答案寫在答題卡1上。
