買一套上海交大的和一套王長喜的四級資料，剛開始做的時候不要太計較時間，主要是希望你在做題的過程中把所有不認識的單詞記下來，做過題後再逐一查出來並以首字母的不同予以分類（這樣便於以後查閱），不用多久你就會發現有很多的單詞出現頻率很高，對於這些單詞要重點記憶。其實四級考的詞彙基本上就是你平時練習中出現的。如果抱著單詞表啃的話是真的記不住幾個的，因為記憶不深刻啊，而且這種方法就像大海撈針，那麼多單詞中才能碰見幾個認識的。用我說的方法的話可以讓你邊學邊用。六級也是這樣，在考試那天早上我把自己整理的單詞沒有目的地背了幾個，結果聽力填空時就用到了。單純去背單詞的話是很難記住的， 不管做什麼，方法才是最重要的，我四六級都只用了上海交大的資料。
還有就是聽力部分了，我不清楚你的聽力如何，但方法沒有什麼太好的，就是做題時一定要靜下心來，開始聽之前盡量把沒每題的大意弄懂，盡量根據問題來自己推測答案。還有平時經常練習四級聽力。
