四級英語海報
一個學復校是一個報名點，學制校組織考場等工作，如果你們學校有期末考試的限制的話，有兩種方法你可以試試，一是去你們學院報名點的老師那說下你的情況，最好找一個熟悉的老師幫你去說去，呵呵，這都是學校的限制而已，國家是沒有限制的，或者你找下你的外校的同學，或許他們那裡可以讓你報名參加的，不過這樣你就要去他們那裡考試了，對了，如果有你們的英語老師的推薦的話就更好了，希望對你有幫助

隨著申奧的成功以及中國進入WTO，中國人在巨大機會和壓辦面前，爆發出了學習英語的高昂熱情。針對以往中國人學習「啞巴」英語的尷尬境地，教育部推出了全國公共英語等級考試（Public English Test System 簡稱PETS）證書，從聽、說、讀、寫、譯等方面全面提高中國人的英語語言素質，面向全社會以全體公民的非學歷性英語證書考試，是測試應試者英語交際能力的水平考試。
主辦單位：
全國公共英語等級考試由國家教育部考試中心主辦，北京地區的承辦機構是北京考試院。
級別設置：
考試根據難度由低到高分為分六個等級：一級B、一級、二級、三級、四級、五級。
PETS特色：
◆ 報考者不受年齡、職業等方面的限制，可根據自己的英語水平報名參加任一級別的考試。
◆ 可替代多種考試：PETS一級B以上的證書，可替代中職外語加試；PETS一級以上證書可替代成人高考中的相應外語成績；PETS二級證書可免社會人員高中畢業會考英語成績及自考專科段基礎英語成績；PETS三級筆試可替代自考本科段公共英語成績；PETS五級可替代公派出國的WSK或EPT考試成績。
報考時間：
每年一月第二周的周三至周日一級（B）、一級、二級、三級、四級考試報名，三月第二周的周六、日考試；每年七月第二周的周三至周日一級、二級、三級報名、九月第二周的周六、日考試。每年四月和十月第二周的周三至周日五級考試報名，每年六月和十二月第二周的周六、日考試。
適用對象：
啟蒙PETS一級（B）：該級屬於入門級，從國際音標、字母、基本的語法詞彙知識開始學起，適合了掌握600左右的詞彙以及相關片語的英語初學者。
基礎PETS一級：該級是五個級別的初始級，在涵蓋所有中學重要語法的同時加強口語練習，適合初中英語水平學員。
實用PETS二級：筆試與高考題型難度一致，適合高中英語水平學員。
精緻PETS三級：筆試相當於大學四級，適合大學專科英語水平學員。
卓越PETS四級：筆試相當於大學六級，適合大學本科英語水平學員。
精華PETS五級：英語最高級，是專為申請公派出國留學人員設立的英語水平考試，使聽說讀寫譯能力全面升華。

試點階段的四級考試由以下四個部分構成：聽力理解；閱讀理解；完型填空或改錯；寫作和翻譯。聽力理解部分分值比例為35%；其中聽力對話15%，聽力短文20%。聽力對話部分包括短對話和長對話的聽力理解；聽力短文部分包括選擇題型的短文理解和復合式聽寫。
閱讀理解部分分值比例為35%；其中仔細閱讀部分（Reading in Depth）25%，快速閱讀部分（Skimming and Scanning）10%。仔細閱讀部分分為：a）選擇題型的篇章閱讀理解；b）篇章層次的詞彙理解（Banked Cloze）或短句問答（Short Answer Questions）。快速閱讀理解部分測試的是瀏覽閱讀和查讀能力。

英語四級作文常見類型
從作文類型來看，對比選擇類、現象解釋類、問題解決類以及應用文類是考查的重點。
從題材來看，一般考查兩類話題，一類是校園生活話題，包括學習、日常生活、工作及健康交際等;另一類是社會熱點話題，考生對這類話題比較熟悉。兩類相結合的趨勢越來越大。
從體裁來看，一般包括議論文、說明文、圖表作文和應用文寫作(包括書信、便條、通知、海報等)。從近五年真題的趨勢來看，議論文仍然是四級作文的考查重點。
從命題形式看，主要有提綱作文、情景作文、提示作文、圖表作文、關鍵詞作文等。其中最容易作為考題的是提綱作文、情景作文及圖表作文。
四級作文主要寫法
一、描述法
通過描述漫畫、圖表，來引出要討論的問題

三、比較法
通過對過去、現在兩種不同的傾向、觀點的比較，引出文章要討論的觀點。
1. For years, ...had been viewed as .... But people are taking a fresh look now. With the growing ..., people ....
2.People used to think that ... (In the past, ....) But people now share this new idea.
四、觀點法
開門見山，直接了當地提出自己對要討論的問題的看法。
1.Now people in growing/significant numbers are beginning/coming to realize/accept/(be aware) that...

五、對立法
先引出其他人的不同看法，然後提出自己的看法或者偏向於某一看法，適用於有爭議性的主題。
1.When asked about..., the vast/overwhelming majority of people say that …. But I think/view a bit differently.
2. When it comes to ...., some people believe that…. Others argue/claim that the opposite/reverse is true. There is probably some truth in both arguments/statements, but I tend to the former/latter.

六、現象法
引出要剖析的現象或者問題，然後評論。

Some people think advertisements can help people to have a wide choice of goods and they help consumers know the goods and businessmen better. The consumers can gain not only knowledge of goods but also artistic enjoyment.
Contrary to those people, many others think advertisements are very unpleasant. Consumers are often cheated by the false advertisement on which consumers always waste a great deal of time. What is more, consumers feel annoyed to be interrupted when they are watching TV play. So advertisements should be limited.
But whether you like it or not, advertisements have become a part of our life.

Advertisements can be seen everywhere in modern society. They appear on the TV screen. They occupy a conspicuous place in newspapers and magazines. They are displayed or painted on walls and even on buses. Indeed, it is difficult nowadays to find a public place without advertisements.
It is true that in economic activities advertisements play an important role. They tell people about new procts and help promote sales. Unfortunately some of the advertisements are not true. They cheat consumers one way or another. So, admitting that advertisements can help us, we should also beware of them from time to time.
在現代社會中，廣告隨處可見，它們出現在電視螢光幕上，在報紙和雜志上也佔有顯著地位。它們展示或畫在牆上，甚至在公車上。說實在的，今天在公共場所，很難沒有廣告。

7. 英語四級在應聘的時候真的很有用嗎
雖然沒用，但是很多公司都會力求走這個過場，問你：「英語幾級？」但我覺得這個不內是最重容要的，我以前在一家公司幫助人力的挑簡歷，我幾乎不看英語這一欄，因為英語八級專業不對口也沒用。找工作最重要的是你的工作經驗和實力，英語能力是你在和其他條件同等的人競爭時候耀眼的地方，重不重要還要你自己看。而且07年以後，社會考生不能參加四六級考試了，你要慎重。
兩個建議：1、做一份好的簡歷，凸現你的能力和實力。
2、面試的時候，在有限的時間內，全力表現你的優秀，爭的面試官的好感
