Something about the British Constitution

—Constitution: a set of laws on how a country is governed. The British Constitution is unwritten, is referred to as an uncodified constitution.（憲法是關於一個國家怎麼統治的一系列法律。英國憲法由於沒有被記錄成文，被認為是不成文憲法）

three basic tenets of Dicey』s code:（戴雪准則的三個原則）
A: The rights of indivials are determined by legal rules and not the arbitrary behavior of authorities.（公民個人的權利由法律規則確定，而非由當權機構的肆意行為決定）
B: There can be no punishment unless a court decides there has been a breach of law.（沒有經過法院依據法律的判決，任何人不能受到懲罰）
