全國大學英語四級試卷的聽力題目是相同的，選項的順序有可能不同。也就是說四級考試三套試卷上的聽力內容都是一樣的，但是為了防止舞弊，相鄰考生的試卷題目的選項是不一樣的，即某一正確答案的卷子在另外一位考生的試卷上卻是B。
