二求職信
求職信是求職者寫給招聘單位的信函。它與普通的信函沒有多少區別，但它與朋友的信
函又有所不同，當然也不同於公事公辦的公文函。求職信所給的對象很難明確，也許是人事
部一般職員，也許是經理，如果你對老闆比較了解的話可以直接給老闆。當然，如果你根本
就不認識招聘公司的任何人，求職信最好寫上人事部負責人收較妥。如果直接寫人事部經理
或老總收可能不妥，如果該信落到一般職員手中的話，可能使得這些人不高興。
求職信起到毛遂自薦的作用，好的求職信可以拉近求職者與人事主管（負責人）之間的
距離，獲得面試機會多一些。
求職信是自我表白，其目的和作用要是讓人事主管看，因人事主管有太多的求職信函要
看，因此要簡明扼要。

五感謝信
感謝信是得到幫助的單位或個人為感謝幫助、關懷、支援過自己的單位或個人而寫的專
用書
信。為表示感謝之情，應把對方的事跡寫下來，公之於眾，因此感謝信既有感謝之意，
又有表揚之用。
六表揚信
表揚信是以書信的形式，對在生活、工作、學習的某一個方面作出了成績、發揚了風格
的個人和集體加以表彰的實用性文書。它既有感謝、表揚的目的，又有宣傳並倡導學習的目
的。有以上級組織名義表揚其所屬單位或個人的，有群眾之間相互表揚的。表揚信應把表揚
的對象寫清楚，事跡寫具體。表揚信可用信封裝好交給受表揚者的領導，也可用紅紙書信公
開張貼。
（二）條據
條據包括收條、領條、借條、欠條、請假條、留言條等等。
七收條、領條、借條和欠條（重點）
收條是收到別人錢物時寫給對方作為憑借的條據，是一種憑證性文書。
領條是個人和組織從相關團體、組織或個人處領取物品時寫給對方的憑證性條據。借條是借到集體或個人的錢物時寫給對方的憑證性條據。
欠條是指人們在經濟交往中，因不能及時結清錢物手續而寫給對方的憑證性條據。這幾種條據的格式基本相同，通常包括標題、正文、結語、署名和日期幾部分：
標題——第一行居中以稍大字體寫出「收條」、「領條」等字樣。或者寫「今收到」、「今領到」等。
正文——第二行空兩格書寫正文。應寫清楚什麼人，什麼東西（錢或物），具體數量。結語——在正文後另起一行空兩格書寫「此據」字樣。也可省略不寫。
署名和日期——在右下方位置寫上立據者姓名，並在姓名下方寫上立據日期。

寫這幾種條據須注意以下三點：
1．所涉及的錢物要當面點清，察看仔細，沒有問題再寫條據。
2．錢款或者物品的名稱要規范、准確，數量必須大寫；錢款要寫清幣種，如「人民幣」、「港元」等，末尾要加「整」字。
3．條據上的數字不能改動，如必須改動，應加蓋印章，以示負責。
八請假條和便條（重點）
請假條是一種特殊的最簡短的書信，是為了某種原因不能上學、上班或者參加集體活動，
必須向老師或領導說明理由，請求准假。它的格式與書信基本一致，分四部分：稱謂、正文、敬祝語（可省略）、署名和日期。

應用文是人類在長期社會實踐活動中形成的一種文體，是人們傳遞信息、處理事務、交
流感情的工具，有的應用文還用來作為憑證和依據。它的種類極為廣泛，與小朋友日常生活
和學習有關的，有請假條、留言條、申請書、決心書、感謝信、表揚信、讀書筆記、會議總
結以及各種通知等。每種應用文都有一個固定的格式。總結日記
條據
請假條
請假條根據請假的原因，可以分為請病假和請事假兩種。從小學、初中、高中到大學乃
至參加工作，你都可以用到這種文體。
請假條的寫法，有標題、稱呼、正文、祝頌語、落款五個部分。
第一行居中寫「請假條」三個字，這是所有應用文的通用要求，用來表明此文是用來請
假的條子。然後另起一行頂格寫請假對象的稱呼，往往是老師、領導等，這個地方要尊稱，
比如「敬愛的」、「親愛的」等。正文前空兩格，包括請假的原由，這個地方要實事求是；請
假起止時間，這個非常重要，必須寫清楚。祝頌語是所有應用文里表示對對方的友好落款包
括請假人和寫這張請假條的時間。
留言條
在日常生活中，你如果有事情要通知對方，或有事託付對方，對方不在，你卻又沒時間
等候
他回來，那就可以寫張字條留給對方，這種條子就是留言條。
留言條的格式分四部分：稱呼、正文、署名和日期。稱呼要頂格寫，條子留給誰就稱呼

收條是你收到對方物品的時候，寫給對方的一個書面憑證，來證明某個物品已經由對方
交到了你的手裡。
收條的格式和借條類似，正文要寫清楚什麼時候收到了誰送來的什麼物品。如果該物品
有什麼計劃中的用途，也要一並寫清楚。落款要由收物品的人簽名。
範文：
今天收到了六年級（2）班生活委員柳楊同學送來的款項765.8元，是該班全體同學為玉樹地震捐獻的。等我們班捐款活動結束後，我會將兩個班的款項合在一起交給教導處。

領條一班用於班級和學校、個人和年級之間，比如學校給每個年級發了清潔用品，你代
表你們班去領取，當你如數領取到清潔用品後，為了留存以作證明，可以寫一張領條交給學
