四級作文題目是校園課外活動。
2019年1月15日，中國教育部考試中心與英國文化教育協會在京聯合發布雅思、普思考試與中國英語能力等級量表對接研究結果。雅思聽力得5分，即達到中國英語能力等級量表四級水平。

作文 寫作部分測試學生用英語進行書面表達的能力，所佔分值比例為15%，考試時間30分鍾。
