這樣的天氣越來越頻繁，霧霾正無聲無息地籠罩著我們的城市。
霧霾是霧中懸浮著大量的煙、灰塵等微粒而形成的混濁現象。
據環保部遙感衛星監測：1月29日中國范圍內有130萬平方公里的地區被霧霾籠罩，空氣質量嚴重污染。
那霧霾天氣是怎樣來的呢？很多家庭都擁有小汽車，我們的出行更便捷了，但汽車的尾氣排放污染空氣；電廠、煉油廠、化工廠在我們的城市裡「大顯身手」，但夜以繼日地不斷排放出煤煙和灰塵；絢麗的煙花爆竹讓人目不暇接，但空氣中煙霧騰騰，變得非常混濁，空氣質量急劇下降，PM2.5、PM10指數直線上升，這些都是造成霧霾的主要原因，它們在帶給我們快捷方便、賞心悅目的同時，也悄悄給我們帶來了意想不到的後果。
霧霾的天氣，我們呼吸的是混濁的氣體。
空氣中的霾會引起肺炎、咽喉炎、氣管炎、心臟衰落等疾病。
1952年，英國倫敦的那場大霧似無形的殺手，在短短五天內就奪取了4000人的生命，在之後兩個月內有奪去了8000人的生命，可見大霧的威力，也該給我們敲響了警鍾。
我們要的是清新的空氣，要的是健康的體魄。
請不要以犧牲健康為代價，而換來所謂的美好生活。

最近一段時間，天氣總是霧蒙蒙的，早晨起來，周圍原本美麗的景物變得十分模糊，新聞上也頻頻報道霧霾天氣的不斷出現而帶來的嚴重後果，霧霾天氣已經嚴重的影響到了空氣質量，影響到人們的正常生活。
近年來，霧霾天氣不但嚴重的影響了空氣的質量，更是容易引發哮喘等疾病的主要來源。
霧霾天氣的空氣中，包含了一些塵土形的微小顆粒，這些微小的顆粒是我們用肉眼無法看見的。
這些微小的顆粒足以使人們得上肺病。
它們，可稱得上是無形殺手。
那麼，霧霾天氣究竟是由什麼而引起的呢？其實，霧霾天氣就是由汽車尾、炒菜的油煙、還有吸煙吐出的煙、煙花的煙形成的，從而引發霧霾天氣的出現。
不要說霧霾天氣是殺手，更不要說霧霾天氣很可怕，其實，真正的兇手還是我們人類，是人類不懂得保護環境，是人類要破壞自己的家園，所以才引起霧霾天氣，這些都是人類自食其果。
當然啦，現在的局勢還是無法挽回，我們還是可以阻止霧霾天氣的。
我們可以把汽車改成騎自行車；可以不吃炒菜，吃燉菜；可以戒煙或可以把吸完煙的煙頭仍到垃圾桶里；可以少放煙花爆竹；還可以多種植花草樹木，來凈化環境。
只有我們選擇低碳生活，才能阻止霧霾天氣的發生。
有時候，我真希望，汽車里噴出來的不是難聞的尾氣，而是淡淡的芳香，煙囪里吐出來的不是濃濃的黑煙，而是晶瑩的露珠，。
我真希望，我們的家園能變得樹更綠、花更紅、小鳥的歌聲更動聽、更悠揚。
我相信，只有大家行動起來，從自身做起，我們的夢想一定會成為現實，讓我們大家一起努力，保護環境，保衛我們的家園，讓霧霾天氣不再危害人間，使我們的家園更美好。

Psychological Problems of University Students
Nowadays, psychological
problems are becoming more and more common among university students,
severely affecting their academic performance in the campus as well as their
social performance in the future.It is high time the schools and the whole
society paid their full attention to the psychological health of the university
students.
There are many reasons for this phenomenon. Some students
are tortured by not getting along well with classmates or roommates, more
than too often they tend to settle the misunderstandings over violence, or
choose to hide their emotions, which always lead to more serious psychological
problems. Being frustrated in love can make the students think of extreme ways
of ending their misery, taking revenge or committing suicide might happen in
that case. Poverty can deprive a student』s confidence，making them feel inferior
compared to their peers. And pressure from the study and the job-hunting
competition are also contributors to all kinds of psychological
problems.
As a college student myself, I think we should try to be
strong and reasonable enough to face the new challenges in our new life, and
