① 國際貿易的付款方式有哪些有英語表達

國際貿易中有四種常用的付款方法。這四種方法按照對出口商的有利程度排列依次是預付現金、跟單信用證、跟單托收及賒帳。
A.預付現金
貨品付運前，進口商先向出口商支付全部貨款。這付款方法通常用於小額交易或訂造貨品。

B.跟單信用證(D/C)
這是買方要求銀行（開證銀行）簽發的文件，證明銀行承諾在賣方符合跟單信用證具體規定的情況下，向賣方支付指定金額。

C.跟單托收
出口商如要在收款前或獲得付款的承諾前保留對貨品的控制權，可安排跟單托收。這種採用匯票的付款方式在國際貿易中十分普遍。
1.付款交單(D/P)
出口商透過托收銀行，指示代收銀行在收款後向進口商發放所有權及其他貨運文件。

一英語翻譯的注意事項

5 All prior endorsements guaranteed 經背書轉讓之票據,提示行需蓋擔保背書章(這是國際票據法規定的)
6 匯票背書的目的，是表示收到和擁有它了，誰收到了就是誰背書，背書還有一個作用，你背書了，就可以去貼現或者轉付給下一單位了。如果你沒有背書，匯票遺失或者被盜，擁有者可以馬上背書，去貼現，損失就大了。
