勵磁機 一、原理概述： 現在很多機組都已採用具有永磁付勵磁機，來代替感應式中頻付勵磁機的它 勵半導體勵磁系統。我們便於大家理解整個過程，所以我們就從它勵付勵說起。 對於採用感應式付勵磁機的系統，付勵磁機由自勵恆壓單元來維持機端電壓 為額定值。 在自動工作狀態下，付勵磁機供電給自動組整流單元，而在手動工作的情況 下，則經感應調壓器供電給手動組整流單元。 調節器由測量、中放、移相、觸發、穩壓、自動測量觸發、自勵電源、自勵 功率單元以及自動整流單元和手動整流單元所組成。 發電機端電壓經電壓互感器降壓後輸入到測量單元，電壓訊號在測量單元中 經測量比較後，將電壓偏差量輸入到中放單元放大，並作為移相單元的控制電壓以相 應改變觸發單元的觸發脈沖相位角，從而改變了自動可控硅的控制角和交流勵磁機勵 磁電壓值，相應地改變了主發電機的勵磁，當發電機負載增大而使發電機電壓下降時 調節器使自動可控硅整流器的控制角檢小，以增大發電機的勵磁，當發電機減少負荷 時，其操作以上述相反，減少勵磁來維持發電機端電壓為給定值。 在大的擾動情況下，例如：由於電力系統短路或發電機近端短路時，機端電 壓下降10%以下，調節器將使可控硅整流器的控制角減少到近於零，使調節器輸出最 大電壓值，對發電機進行強行勵磁，而當發電機甩負荷使發電機電壓突然上升時，調 節器可使可控硅整流器的控制角迅速增加到150度到160度電角度。 由於可控硅整流器由500周/秒電頻電源供電相應減少了調解器磁性元件的時 間常數，提高了快速反映的性能。 為了獲得規定的電壓調差率和實現對發電機定子電流壓降的補償，由電流互 感器供給調節器來調差及定子全電流補償信號。 在動態情況下，為了提高勵磁系統的穩定性，在裝置中付有發電機轉子電壓 負反饋以及自勵恆壓輸出電壓軟負反饋環節，其作用是當發電機轉子勵磁電壓或自勵 恆壓輸出分別供給中放磁放大器，及自勵移相放大器的穩定繞組，以阻尼上述電壓的 變化，起到了增加調節器運行穩定性的作用。 對於付勵磁機自勵恆壓部分，可保證在各種運行情況下，維持其端電壓誤差 正負5%額定值的范圍內。 在主機定子繞組匝間發生短路，以及發生異常運行狀態，須切除主機勵磁的 情況下，可用滅磁開關切除主機勵磁，滅磁開關操作時引起的過電壓峰值應不超過2 千伏。接在主機轉子迴路中的放電器，是為了將主機磁場中出現的過電壓限制在不至 於損害轉子繞組絕緣和硅整流器的水平，放電器的動作電壓，原則上整定在略高於滅 磁開關操作過電壓的水平與發電器串聯的電阻具有下列功能。 作為放電器的限流電阻，經接觸器與主機轉子繞組相接，用以作為無勵磁非 同期運行方式的同期電阻以及抑止自同期過程中因滑差頻率引起的過電壓。 一般滅磁電阻值取為主機轉子繞組的3-5倍。 二、自動勵磁調節器 自動勵磁調節器可在下列工作條件下長期運行 1、室內環境不高於+40度，不低於-20度。 2、環境空氣相對濕度不大於85%。 3、周圍環境無損害絕緣的腐蝕性氣體或蒸汽。 4、周圍環境無易爆氣體及導電塵埃。 5、周圍環境無劇烈的沖擊與強烈的震動。 勵磁調節器與主機同軸的三相500周/秒的交流付勵磁機供電，對於不同容量 主機付勵磁機的整定電壓也不同。 勵磁機 在電傳動內燃機車上牽引發電機的勵磁功率較大，為提供勵磁電流而專門設置的勵磁電源，即勵磁發電機，簡稱勵磁機。通過對勵磁機的控制來實現牽引發電機的理想外特性。一般採用三相交流發電機，由柴油機一牽引發電機組通過變速箱直接驅動，發出的三相交流電經橋式整流器整流後向牽引發電機勵磁繞組供電。機車上普遍採用感應子勵磁機，它是一台三相異板式交流發電機，其勵磁繞組和電樞繞組都安裝在電機的定子上，轉子上沒有繞組，因此電機與外電路的聯系不需要電刷和滑環等滑動接觸部件，因而使電機結構簡單、工作可靠、製造成本較低、便於維護。 感應子勵磁機的定子鐵芯由硅鋼片疊壓而成，定子鐵芯內圓周上開有放置勵磁繞組的大槽和放置電樞繞組的小槽，轉子由齒形截面的硅鋼片疊壓而成。感應子發電機工作原理圖見圖1。
