烏龜，是龜鱉目地龜科擬水龜屬爬行動物。又稱草龜、泥龜、金龜、香龜等。烏龜頭部、頸部的側面有黃色的線狀斑紋；上緣不呈鉤狀，具有堅強的甲殼，甲殼橢圓形，略扁平；背面為褐色或黑色，腹面略帶黃色，均有暗褐色斑紋；四肢粗壯，略扁。
