在新的學校呆了近兩個月，不久剛舉行了一次月考，學生都反映成績不理想。借分析試卷的機會，我布置學生對我兩個月的初一語文教學提出自己的意見，學生們踴躍參與，各抒己見。現歸納如下，並加上自己的感悟，以期指導今後的教學。
1、 上課速度要放慢，課文講解要詳細些。
感悟：中學的學科增加了，學習任務也加重了，可學生還停留在小學的階段，要求老師咀嚼慢磨可見與小學的接軌工作沒有做好。
2、上課要讓學生把手放在書桌上，以防學生在下面做小動作。
感悟：還是小孩子的思維，或者說小學的許多做法在學生心中留下了深刻的印象，甚至是一些錯誤的做法也被學生視為法寶，習慣的力量大得嚇人！
3、 上課不能接電話，請假也不能耽誤課程。
感悟：曾經有兩次在課堂接電話，後來我不再帶手機進教室了，不想學的記憶那麼棒。老師實在是一個高標準的職業！
4、學校的圖書館要對學生開放，允許學生借閱圖書，開拓學生的視野。班級要辦圖書角，爭取成立班級圖書館。
感悟：學生的知識來源渠道太窄，尤其是農村的學生。他們對知識充滿了渴望。可惜學校圖書館暫時沒有辦法滿足他們的要求。「書香校園」的建設任重道遠！
5、 多布置作業，甚至抄作業做，對未完成作業的同學要嚴厲懲罰。
感悟：對最後一點我贊成，可前兩點我有自己的看法。大概是小學的「題海
戰術」功勛「卓著」，小學畢業考試的成績讓學生們體會到了它的巨大功能，令她們念念不忘。到初中之後學習的難度增加，他們又想起來對自己用這一狠招。我的可憐的學生！
6、 多講課本上的課後習題。
感悟：自己的確對課後的「研討與練習」關注不夠，大部分是要求學生自己
完成，事後的檢查也沒有。學生是在提醒我不能丟了教材！
7、不能拖課，要將課間十分鍾還給學生。
感悟：以後無條件執行！
8、上課聲音洪亮，多講普通話。
感悟：自己是外鄉人，普通話有時講的不標准，帶有很重的地方口音。本來一進新學校，我自己格外注意這個問題，不想還是出問題。還是要加強普通話訓練，「說」是教師的重要基本功之一！
9、多寫正楷字，一筆一畫的寫！
感悟：本來自認為自己的字寫得不錯，周圍同事也是這么說的，可在學生面前卻行不通了。究其原因是，自己的字連筆多，有時字多或者一急，就顯得潦草。這真是一個不應該出現的意見。
10、課堂上多訓練朗讀。
感悟：與自己的想法不謀而合。在教學中我一貫主張讀中感、讀中悟，甚至仿照韓軍的名文寫了《沒有朗讀，語文教學找不到回家的路》一文，表達自己的觀點。可能問題出在自己的朗讀水平不高，對學生朗讀指導不到位上。
11、多舉行如書法、朗誦等形式的競賽。
感悟：以賽代練，以賽代學，在豐富多彩的活動中學習語文，是大家的一致追求。我在今後要多動腦筋，豐富他們的學習與生活！上次的「這就是我」語文實踐活動，以「賽」的形式，鼓勵學生全程參與，氣氛熱烈，學生的熱情十分高漲！
12、多用多媒體和擴音器。
感悟：現代化的東西大家都喜歡！
13、平時測驗要寫作文，可以訓練學生作文的速度，提高寫作水平！
感悟：有兩次單元檢測，我考慮到時間的關系，就不要求他們作文，沒有想到他們自動請纓。我的感覺是：喜從天降，何樂而不為！寫作是語文教學的重點和難點，次數訓練是基礎，所謂量變導致質變嘛。學生都懂這個道理！
14、抓好預習，利用多種機會養成學生自學的習慣。
感悟：教學的最高境界就是：教是為了不教。好的學習習慣會讓他們受益終生！「地球人都知道」！
15、不準對學生瞪眼睛，不準大聲批評學生，不準打斷學生的發言，不準拐彎批評學生。
感悟：學生是聰明和敏感的，我們每個老師都要當心呀！
