㈠ 教師面試試講15分鍾什麼流程
老師面試試講15分鍾流程:
分為集中、抽簽、備考、面試(說課或試講、答辯)、評分這幾個步驟。
1、集中:考生按照準考證所列內容和要求,憑身份證和准考證到指定待考休息室集中報道
2、抽簽:由檢錄員組織考生抽簽確定面試順序,屆時未到者,其面試順序,由檢錄指定。面試通知單上會提前給出課題范圍,考生要在考場抽取其中一個題目參加面試。
3、等待:未到備課時間的考生待考休息室等待
4、備課:在檢錄員的引導下,考生由抽簽順序到指定的備課室備課,一般為30分鍾左右,各招聘單位的備考時間略有不同,備課一般是不得攜帶任何資料。
5、面試:
(1)在計時統分員引導下,考生到指定測試點進行面試。一般為 15分鍾左右,進入面試教室,在評委面前說課或試講,之後會有5分鍾左右答辯時間。面試答辯被安排在說課或試講之前或之後,也可能與其分開,單獨進行一次集中面試。具體情況以通知單為准。
(2)面試成績採用百分制。中小學語文、數學、中學地理、小學科學、小學英語崗位考試內容為說課或試講及回答評委的提問,時限15分鍾以內;音體美 計算機、特崗考試內容為說課或試講、外加專業技能展示。
6、評分:面試考官根據考生面試情況,獨立評出其面試分數,簽名後交計時統分員。
7、確認:計時統分員監督員的監督下,去掉一個最高分和一個最低分後,計算平均分得 出考生面試的分數,並由面試主教官、督促員、計時統分員、考生本人依次簽名確認。

Step 4 Discussion

So yours just lasts 10 to 15 minutes, which actually is a miniature of a full class.
In the presentation process, your teaching should cover the main points without digging into details of the learning material.
The main points should involve the teaching objective(s), how you reach your objective(s), the main language points and difficult points together with the teaching methods how you have your targets reached.
You won't be able to deal with everything as you do in a usual class with the length of time available to you .
