㈠ 教師面試試講15分鍾什麼流程

老師面試試講15分鍾流程：
分為集中、抽簽、備考、面試(說課或試講、答辯)、評分這幾個步驟。
1、集中：考生按照準考證所列內容和要求，憑身份證和准考證到指定待考休息室集中報道
2、抽簽：由檢錄員組織考生抽簽確定面試順序，屆時未到者，其面試順序，由檢錄指定。面試通知單上會提前給出課題范圍，考生要在考場抽取其中一個題目參加面試。
3、等待：未到備課時間的考生待考休息室等待
4、備課：在檢錄員的引導下，考生由抽簽順序到指定的備課室備課，一般為30分鍾左右，各招聘單位的備考時間略有不同，備課一般是不得攜帶任何資料。
5、面試：
(1)在計時統分員引導下，考生到指定測試點進行面試。一般為 15分鍾左右，進入面試教室，在評委面前說課或試講，之後會有5分鍾左右答辯時間。面試答辯被安排在說課或試講之前或之後，也可能與其分開，單獨進行一次集中面試。具體情況以通知單為准。
(2)面試成績採用百分制。中小學語文、數學、中學地理、小學科學、小學英語崗位考試內容為說課或試講及回答評委的提問，時限15分鍾以內;音體美 計算機、特崗考試內容為說課或試講、外加專業技能展示。
6、評分：面試考官根據考生面試情況，獨立評出其面試分數，簽名後交計時統分員。
7、確認：計時統分員監督員的監督下，去掉一個最高分和一個最低分後，計算平均分得 出考生面試的分數，並由面試主教官、督促員、計時統分員、考生本人依次簽名確認。
