of losing hope because they have suffered a great deal, it is often the time
when happiness comes that will give them the courage and desire(渴望) to
live.
Cheer up and be happy. Happiness is not far from you. It’s just around

以我的经验来说，首先需要的就是单词，非常重要，从现在开始到你走出考场的那天，每天都需要背单词，高中的单词大部分来说都不长，21是一个周期，你认真读一个单词21就会遍会有初步记忆，以后每天重复前一天所记的然后在记新的单词就可以了，贵在坚持，当然也可以边写边记。单词什么时候比较短、零散，所以什么时候都可以进行记忆。我感觉只要单词记住了英语基本就没有问题了。
然后是阅读，读书是非常重要的，但不是顺势读过去就完了，边读边想，过程中加深对单词的记忆，并且注意发音、语法、时态。大声的念出来效果会更好，培养语感。我高三的时候每天读四次英语，每次大约一个半小时。阅读还需要做大量的题来练习，做的多了就能发现出题的思路和方向。
完型填空就是一些固定搭配用法、介词、动词的不同形式等。先把完型快速通读一遍，会有少许几个空就选出来了，第二遍在慢慢阅读，逐句推敲，注意时态，固定用法的搭配。
作文多看看范文，可以进行背诵，然后也可进行默写。 高考作文基本还是三段式结构，一些基本的连接词和固定用法都大同小异，记住大体架子自己再往里面添内容就可以了。
顺便说一下，如果英语很不好，就不要按老师的要求只赶进度，慢慢来，把做过的都弄懂弄会，不要做了很多却什么都还不会。 还是老话，单词最重要。
楼主的时间安排不合理，高三学生只睡四个小时是完全不够的，我试验过，如果只睡四个小时，白天会很困精力不集中，对新的东西更本掌握不好。 白天注意加强效率，六小时睡眠是可以保证的。
