早上习惯在6:40醒来,外面已经透出亮了.我知道该爬起来开始一天的生活了,假期因为要加出春节放假期间的课.所以每天的课程都排得满满的.这一天不是站着就是走在路上,要不就是在车上.忙的时候不觉得,一旦躺在床上便会觉得好乏.而早上醒来的时候往往骨头节还没缓过来.再加上热乎乎的被窝的诱惑,所以每次起床都是要下很大的决心的.告诉自己再呆10秒钟.数完10个数,还是好不情愿.这时有个声音对我说：“管住自己,提高自制力!”一咬牙,果断地爬起来,匆匆穿好衣服跑5分钟步.回来之后一边洗脸一边烧水,等梳洗完毕,水也好了.我就用开水烫饭,胡乱地吃完后就背上我的双肩背包上课去了.走时还不忘记带上一张名言卡,利用走路或等车时看看,给自己的精神加点养料.
一般我都提前30分钟进教室,给学生们检查作业.涉及到背诵,逐一检查,不让一个学生漏过.我最痛苦的就是看到学生在我的课堂上没有收获.觉得对不起信任我的家长,也有些误人子弟.这是不可原谅的.所以对于每个孩子我尽力做到问心无愧.这样我只好利用课前检查,课后补的方法来照顾到每个学生.于是无形之中我要多上出40分钟的课.已成习惯,觉得是责任.
上课时尽量让自己象鹰一样机敏,象天使一样有爱心,还得有海洋一样宽广的胸怀.只有这样才能上好一堂比较满意的课.还要充满着激情,具有一定的影响力.同时教态也要可亲,并善于运用幽默给学生带去快乐.当然我还要让学生感觉到我是多么认真,我教得多么开心.因为我若做不到这点,我又如何让他们学得开心,学得认真.
下课了,本应休息一下.可是因为有的学生作业完成不好,于是只好利用这个时间补课,再琢磨下堂的课.如果我能悠闲地坐在办公桌前,喝一点热水,那便是一种很奢侈的享受了.每次离开课堂时,我都会很安静,安静得甚至打蔫.但只要一走进教室,步伐马上变得矫健起来,人也精神了.没有办法,在孩子们跟前你没有权利充满惰性,没有权利任性.
不过我不是每次都会表现得很好.有时脑子有些钝木,我就会犯一些幼稚的错误.如我会跟学生计较,缺少忍耐性.容忍不了学生犯错误.会傻傻地机械地重复着我教授的内容.那时学生会皱起眉头,有的学生干脆转移注意力,溜号,或者搞小动作,或者说话去了.所以有时我们总怪学生不好好学,其实真应该找找老师的原因.当我觉得自己合格时,我觉得学生们都合格,所以如其总是管他们,还不如多检点自己.而每次伤害学生后,我更是难受极了.不过我会原谅自己,因为我不是圣人,而且我已经尽力了.但是我却不希望自己再犯.
我想一堂成功的课是在和谐的气氛中完成,而且学生学得投入,学得轻松.老师对学生是尊重和理解,引导和帮助.大伙都充满了活力,都把它看成是享受.
自从我去盖伦,感觉自己进步还是很大的.所以苦也是值得的.而且大伙一起上课,你会觉得自己不孤独.有人跟你一起忙,一起感受着同样的喜怒哀乐,再加上大伙关系也融洽,所以觉得既热闹,又开心.
一般时候我会跟学生开开玩笑,大孩子跟我有时象朋友.小孩子也会在我身后笑嬉嬉地称呼我“小杨老师”.或者老远看见我时,就象一个个可爱的小燕子往我跟前飞.我会把双臂伸开,做迎接状.我知道孩子们需要的是温和,那时他们很愿意表现好,怕老师说.如果你跟孩子凶,他们会疏远你,进而连你的课都不喜欢了.让我继续培养爱心吧.为了我身上的责任,为了孩子们.
上完上午课,我得及时备课,否则很容易忘记的.这样一来,回家时已经快1点了.肚子已经开始咕咕叫了.坐上回家的车,下午1：40还要上课去.回家是没有休息的时间了.于是一上车,我基本就会眯上眼睛,让自己的内心停止一会儿,放松一会.同时也觉得阵阵困意涌上来,于是借此打个盹.可是在这之前通常还要把刚上完的课回顾一下,看有没有什么问题.
到家之后老公通常都会把饭做好.这时只觉得好幸福,家真的太温暖了.
吃完饭,又赶着下午的课.忙碌又开始了.下午完事后也不能马上回家,还要忙一些别的事.比如出卷纸,做使用学费,粘车票等等一些杂事.终于到了晚上可以回家了,走在路上不忘给儿子买点吃的,心里会有充实的感觉.
到了晚上,又开始接着忙.洗衣服.最重要的是辅导儿子预习,给他补充一点课外内容.这时我会把自己所有的活放在一边专心地陪他,当儿子的老师.不过他不象别的孩子好教,别的孩子会很顺从.他很容易跟我撅嘴,每当这时我就想马上睡觉去.好在儿子在我的训导下,脾气好多了.但是随着他年级的增长,我辅导起来不是很得心应手,有时跟他也要备课的.
