我也等得不耐烦了，就先开始了。跳了几十个之后，我就开始跳花样，又是跑跳，又是向后跳。跳多了，我觉得楼上的地板不结实，就跑到露台上去跳。
可是我选的位置不对，跳起来绳子经常碰到顶上的铁杆子，所以又另辟蹊径，去找另一个地方跳绳。我去了露台的另一个地方，虽然位置小了点，但跳跳绳还是可以的。
终于，跳累了。我坐在椅子上，边吃水果边吃饼干，好不自在。轮到我跑步时，跑起来脚腕这酸痛的不行，只好把跑步改成了快走。
运动完后，我和妈妈坐在椅子上，惬意地吃吃喝喝，最后在妈妈的督促下才拖拖拉拉地去洗澡。要是每天都能这么快乐地运动，那该多好啊！

Word is the foundation of learning English so you must start from word（I don't know your level）but I don't encourage you to learn by rote.单词是学习英语的基本功，所以你必须从单词开始（当然这要视你的水平而定），但是我也不建议你死记硬背地记单词.
You'd better read some interesting story or English joke then you will command a large vocabulary.最好能读一些英语故事或者笑话，你会慢慢地有一个大的词汇量的.
Here are some notes for you from my own experience:
1.English-learning should be integrated into daily lives. Not only learn English, but live in English also.
