按照你所提的例子cap removed， 这句就有语病了。 应该这样子说， The cap was removed or 某某removed the cap.

cap broken也不对。如果你想表达的是一个破掉的盖子， 那就是the broken cap。 如果是想说该子破了， 那就是The cap was broken。 记得英语上都是用主动式吗？ 那这句的主动式就是某某broke the cap.
