我还知道老虎的天敌是豺狗。豺狗是一种纪律性很强的动物，等捕到一只猎物时，吃饱的豺狗甚至更凶猛地去追捕，但它们追捕到猎物之后自己却不吃而是留给还饿着的豺狗。
我印象最深的要数连续5天播放的系列片《猎豹的成长》。猎豹的成长故事中有艰辛、快乐，也有失落、痛苦。猎豹妈妈一旦捕到猎物，就会把它的一条腿咬断，然后拖到小猎豹面前，敦促小猎豹去追捕。如果小猎豹没追到，猎豹妈妈就会撕咬小猎豹让它继续追捕。没想到动物培养孩子这么有胆有识有远见，我不禁对猎豹妈妈的所作所为感到震惊，产生了深深的敬佩之意。
一天，我看了一集《动物世界》，是介绍狮子的。狮子是群居动物，在一群狮子中总有一头或两头领头的大雄狮子，其余都是雌狮和小狮。捕捉猎物大多集体行动。让我费解的是大雄狮子竟然不参与捕食，而是坐享其成。抓回来的猎物总是先由它享用，然后才会轮到雌狮和小狮。
最让我激动的是，雌狮们为捕食和雄狮们为保卫自己的领地而浴血奋战的情景。雌狮捕猎时先从不同角度靠近猎群，当与猎物的距离足够近的时候就会发起突然袭击，把老弱病残的猎物分离出来，然后在追捕它们。狮子的捕猎秘诀不在于短时间内取得成功，而是凭它们足够的耐心和耐力消耗猎物的体力，最后把猎物咬死。狮群中领头的大雄狮子是狮群领地的守护神。如有外来雄狮来犯，大雄狮子先是大声吼叫以示警告。这招不行，就会展开肉体上的拼搏，这是很残酷的，你死我活的战斗，因为一旦失利就得让位。
《动物世界》这个栏目演绎着动物之间的精彩故事，我不仅学到了许多动物知识，欣赏到了大自然天然的美，更让我明白了动物世界和人类世界一样，充满机遇，充满竞争，也充满了爱。现在人类很珍爱动物，在《动物世界》中，我经常会看到人类拯救野生动物的感人故事。我相信人类和动物一定会永远友好下去，和谐共存。
