紧急救护首先你要准备急救箱：
消毒钳、持针器、镊子、缝合线、三角针、剪刀、外用生理盐水、75%酒精、双氧水、消毒纱布、棉垫、绷带、三角巾、胶布等。
救护过程分为以下几部分：
清洗去污，伤口处理：
清洁创面：除去下颌伤口周围污垢油脏物，用外用生理盐水清洗创口及周围皮肤。
伤口消毒：用75％酒精棉球，自伤口处向周围消毒，必要时还可用双氧水清洗。

其实你能做的就只有这些了。你不是专业的医生，像你刚才描述的那种螺丝刀的刺伤，你只能做简单的消毒、止血、包扎的处理，就要马上送往医院。大腿部分的血管比较重要，大动脉如果被刺伤，那后果可不堪设想。
