因此，我怀着十二万分的愧疚以及十二万分的懊悔给您写下这份检讨书，以向您表示莪对没有完成作业这种恶劣行为的深痛恶绝及打死也不再重犯这种错误的决心。
莪已经深刻认识到此事的重要性，于是莪一再告诉自己要把老师交待的作业当成头等大事来抓，不能辜负老师对莪们的一片苦心。 。
如今，大错既成，我深深懊悔不已。经过深刻检讨，认为深藏在本人思想中的致命错误有以下几点：
1、 思想觉悟不高，对重要事项重视严重不足。就算是有认识，也没能在行动上真正实行起来。
2、 思想觉悟不高的根本原因是因为本人对他人尊重不足。试想，如果莪对老师有更深的尊重，莪就会按时完成老师教代的每项作业
据上，莪决定有如下个人整改措施：
1、 按照老师要求缴纳保质保量的检讨书一份！对自己思想上的错误根源进行深挖细找的整理，并认清其可能造成的严重后果。
2、 制定学习计划，认真完成老师交给的每项作业
3. 和同学们加强沟通。争取和全班同学共同进步

最后，麻烦老师及同学费时来检阅本人所做之检讨，交了这份检讨，莪正处在老师对莪的考验之中，……莪现在彻底理解老师教育我们的苦口婆心…… 为了感谢老师的淳淳教导，莪在此保证如果有一次重来的机会放在莪面前，莪尽莪之所能克制自己，绝不让老师失望。请老师谅解莪这一次的错误吧！
请老师看莪今后的表现，莪保证不再出现上述错误。
