My favourate subject is English. My English teach, Li Chao is a popular teacher among the students and I like her a lot myself too. Her English name is Yolanda. She's young and full of energy. Though she's a slim lady, she gets lots of strength. Her class is very interesting, she always lets us take a part in her class. Also her class is full of humor which make us want to learn more. After class she likes to play with us just like our friends. She likes to talk jokes with us, discussing the new movies or other interesting topics. So we all love to talk with her. After class she helps us improve our study as well. If anyone dont do their homework well she will not just ignore them. Therefore under Yolanda's help we all study English happily and promotly. Every class she explains gramma and sentense patterns clarefully. Sometimes she may tell some small story as well. So her class is always active and interesting.
We like Yolanda is not only because she has sense of humor but also because her English is so good. We can learn very complex sentance patterns because she always gives us easy explaination for us to understand. In addtion, she also speaks some Japanese. Sometimes if we ask her how to speak a word in Japanese she will ask us"Do you know how to speak this word in English?". Therefore we can learn lots of English words while we learn Japanese.

因此，小学英语教师肩负着既光荣又艰巨的任务，如何才能把一堂课上好，也显得尤为重要。
本文从备课、课堂内容安排及方式、课后反思以及教师在教学中所要注意的问题这几个方面阐述了在小学英语教学中，教师该如何上好一堂课。

我还经常采用较为灵活的教学方法和教学手段来调动学生的学习积极性，如：利用课前课后的时间给他们唱英语歌曲，并根据教材的内容安排教他们学唱英语歌曲等，课堂上做一些有趣的对话表演，如：Good morning, Sam. Good morning. How are you I'm fine. How are you Goodbye等活动结合起来，以激发学生学习英语的兴趣。
我在英语教学中发现，师生之间的感情融洽对培养学生的学习兴趣至关重要，记得我刚开始上英语课时，当学生回答不出我提出的问题或答错时，心里很着急，我想是我教学的方法出现了问题还是学生学习英语的兴趣没有激发起来？当课堂上我发现有的学生不注意听讲、搞小动作的时候，我想方设法调动他们的积极性，但课堂气氛不活跃，教学效果不佳，后来我反复思考，找学生交流、谈心，设法发展师生之间的友情，这样在教学中课堂气氛才逐渐的活跃了起来。
通过实践经验得知，当学生不注意听讲、搞小动作的时候，教师要投以友善的目光，鼓励他们集中精力上好课，当学生回答不出教师提出的问题时，教师要引导、鼓励、增强他们的自信心，让他们认为自己能行，试着回答，错了教师给纠正，这样长期坚持下去他们会有进步的。
我在对待学生时时常做到，动之以情、晓之以理，使他们觉得教师不仅是师长，更是他们的朋友。
作为教师要给学生一种外在的“亲和力”，让他们在正常的学习生活中没有过多的压力，能在轻松、愉快中学习，这样他们的学习兴趣才更浓。
三、坚持用英语组织教学，培养学生的交际能力小学英语教学中， 首先要让学生感知英语。
课堂上， 教师要尽量多讲英语，这样可以烘托课堂气氛，增强学生的求知欲，强化学生的听说能力，集中学生注意力。
不要因担心学生听不懂而用母语来组织教学，我们可以在英语授课时用手势、眼神、表情、动作等这些“身体语言”来帮助学生听懂、明白我们所表达的意思。
黑板上的板书也尽量用英语，让学生完全置身于一个英语语言环境中。
小学英语课程一般从最简单的日常用语开始，最初可用表情或解释说明使学生理解， 先让学生能听懂，然后会说。

我们学语文的老师教我们古文时说这就是半门外语，也就是说，学习外语词汇很重要，下面，我给你具体讲讲我的一些心得。 1：在网络上，很多文章教大家怎么一个月过六级，半x个月过四级，个人认为：可能！但那绝对是针对英语基础比较好的朋友。
如果你开始英语基础就不好，那就只能和我一样，脚踏实地的一步一步走。其实最重要的一点，就是学习没有捷径可以走。
2：听力： 听力部分是四六级考试里面最容易拿分数的部分。总分20分里面，如果听力水平较好，拿16-18分不成问题。
所谓的水平好，我觉得只要能听懂voa stand english，应付六级就足够了。作为我个人，我没系统听过历年四六级考试的题目，但是考试估分，听力都是16-18分。
