自从上到四年级之后，在英语的课堂上，我们都摆脱不了英语听写。英语听写对我们来说是十分困难的，我们全班人没有多少人喜欢英语。在每个人的心里都认为英语都是外国的语言，我们没必要学英语。而实际上，英语是一种非常重要的语言，我们必须得学英语。而英语老师告诉我们，想学好英语，就要先从单词入手。
就这样，我们每天上英语课都要面临一件非常严肃的事情，那就是英语听写。每一次上完英语课，老师都会布置要我们听写的单词，每学一个单元，我们都要开始记。每天记十个听写十个，这样的日子要坚持熬很久，不单单是我们四年级要英语听写，其他年级也同样如此。还有的年级，有的班每天要听二十个单词，那样的日子，简直就是煎熬。
特别对我这种英语特别差的同学来说，每天简直就像是受刑一样。虽然我每天都不想听写，但是没有听写出来的单词都要罚抄，一个单词就要抄三十遍。那个时候，我们全班的同学都很反对，觉得老师对我们实在是太严格了。而每天一次的单词还在继续，我们很多人为了能背出英语单词，都要抽下课的十分钟来背。
还有的同学比较调皮，回家下课都是玩的，根本就没有什么心思去背英语单词。于是，每一次上英语课，老师都会点名批评。那些同学都会觉得非常委屈，下课还在不停的抄写单词。因为需要英语听写，所以我们每节课的下课都变得非常忙碌，都没有什么时间出到操场玩耍了。虽然这样的日子很艰苦，但是我们却收获了很多。
我们从一个不怎么会英语的人变得有一些会了，不懂的单词都记牢了。就这样英语考试，我们考的分数也逐渐变得越来越高，我想英语听写并不是一件坏事，只是属于我们这样年纪的小孩子来说，毕竟适应不了，因为我们还很顽皮。但是想想，现在的学习生涯不是用来玩耍的，而是用来学习的，我们应该认真学习，而不是把时间花在玩耍上。
之后的日子里，每一节下课，都可以看见我们在忙忙碌碌被单词。以前常常抱怨英语，脸上的愁苦也慢慢消失，我们变得喜欢英语，喜欢听写单词了。因为那个时候，我们已经知道，在现在的社会里，英语占着一个非常重要的位置！

今天，和往常一样，大家都早早地来到了英语班的门前，因为上一个班还没有下课，我们只好在外面玩起了抓人。玩了一会儿，上课了。我们急急忙忙地挤进去，找到自己的座位，准备上课。
昨天的作业是写5对现在完成时的句子，刚刚提问到一半时，突然门开了，露出一个小脑袋，问道：“老师，你看我是不是落下什东西了？”“哈哈哈……”一阵笑声在我们班响起，知道这是为什么吗？
因为这几天上课时，总是有学生气喘吁吁地跑进班里来，问老师自己有没有落下什么东西。一会儿的功夫，同学等着急了，我们便在老师的发动下，帮助那个同学找他丢失的帽子或者是手套什么的。
