再说病人:八十年代以后出生的人群中由于经济思想"武装"上很少有"尊医或尊重知识,尊重别人劳动这个概念,出了钱就得治好病,死了人(不问青黄皂白)先闹事再说,小闹小得钱,大闹大发财.根本不考虑科学查原因,(有些是目前科学尚不能解决的问题,有些则由于医护责任问题.)打人,砸医院，心怀莫测,无理或少理取闹者比比皆是，索赔数万数十万“蛳子大开口”，狠不得把对方象敌人－样整死要垮,在很多人的眼里,将给他治病的大夫只是一个"应该干活的劳工或工具",毫无一点人情味道,这又形成了医生“该赔时就赔，能挣时就挣"的恶性循环。这样下来把一些很有道得的医生也渐渐“变了味”。同样把许多老实善良的“患者”也“遭了怏”。医患关系陷入了不可自拔的“烂泥谭”。真让人痛心。好的医生受冤枉者有之，善良百姓受害者有之，有些把死人抬到医院,造成医院不能正常上班,许多该治的患者不能及时治疗.再加上当媒体,偏面站在一边,不多报道医务人员救死扶伤,舍掉节假日,不避传染病,不怕担风险,攻克医学难关主流,而大篇的,连续的,"生动的"惊人的,负面的报到医疗事故的巨额陪偿.两者颠倒,加剧了医患关系的矛盾.且不可“公说公有理，婆说婆公道”。两个方面都有难处，都有“不良的”因素，均有受害的一方,多么需要互相理解和尊重呀？可这真不是一件简单容易的事呀！观看大气侯，谁能让国家全额发放医生工资，让医生看病不为“糊口养家”为主要目标呢？那一个能让医生在社会上办事也平等去办呢？因医生也是人，他和家人都要在社会生存。你要打官司，子女上学，找工作，啥不化钱能行，有许多贪官贪了多少你闹过人家吗？只把救你的医生当“敌人”（因为他在为你治病）良心过的去吗？我看倒不如互信互任，调动医生极积性倒有利于治愈自己的病。当然，有些医疗单位和个别医务人员（只能是个别，不宜将一些一般问题的医院和医生均包在内，难道你本人给别人办事也完全都是那么完美与高尚）个别胡来的医生中败类也确实存在(如值班离酗酒, 人为诊断治疗失误等造成严重事故)，但应根椐事实依照法律进行惩除。
