二0一四年，3月9日那天，母亲首次带我来到九山游泳馆游泳，去之前，母亲已经帮我约好了一位教练，听说是一位非常教的非常不错，但又非常严厉的教练，我既期待又紧张。
到了更衣室，母亲帮我穿上了泳衣，戴上泳帽和泳镜，然后，有教练把我领进了泳池，母亲被挡在了泳池外，由于家长不可以进入观看。我哆哆嗦嗦地走到泳池边，鼓起勇气跳进水里，泳池里的水冰冰凉凉的，冻得我浑身发抖，我咬着牙拍打了一会儿水，慢慢的感觉不冷了，也不紧张了，便开心地玩起水来了。
