女性就业率低于男性12%
2010年，九三学社陕西省委员会承担了省妇联性别平等重点项目,就女大学生就业招聘中的性别歧视进行调查。调查选择北京、上海、沈阳、西安、深圳和昆明六个抽样城拿简市，每个城市发放问卷300份，共计1800份，并收回有效问卷1333份。其中，女性受访者占到59.56%，男性受访者占到40.44%。据了解，问卷发放主要集中在各城市劳动力市场及高校，受访者年龄主要集中在20~39岁这一求职主年龄段。
调查数据显示，被访的36.3%的女性未就业，23.9%的男性未就业，由此可以看出，女性未就业率高于男性12个百分点。
