3 反馈语

1、评价语言要多样生动多样化
从语言方面对学生的课堂表现进行评价是最常用的方法，但不是每个学生的表现都一样，我利用语言的多样性，体现出对学生的表现的评价的不同。例如，对于表现的不够好的学生，鼓励他：ok!youaregood!(不错,继续加油！);对于表现一般的学生，对他说：good!youareright!（好！你答对了！）;对于表现更好的学生，赞美他：youareverygood!（答的太好了!）;对于表现出色的学生动情的对他说：youareexcellent!(太棒了,答的真好!)或则是youarewonderful。当学生得到一般的评价时,他会更积极的参与课堂活动,争取得到更好的评价;当学生听到最好的语言评价时,内心肯定比吃了蜜还甜。 在注重语言多样性的同时，另一方面要注重课堂上参与活动的活动量。例如，积极回答问题、提出问题、参与游戏、表演会话、表演唱歌、及时完成家庭作业等等。
2、让学生进行自我评价和小组互评
学生的自我评价是学生在积极主动的参与课堂活动后，对于自己的表现进行评价。如果他对自己的表现很满意，他可以奖励自己一颗红星；如果他认为表现还不错，他可以取下一颗黄星；如果他认为自己还须加油，他自己取下一颗蓝星。学生的小组互评则是小组与小组之间的相互评价，在一个小组表演完英语对话或节目之后，由其他的小组对这个小组进行评价，评价等级同样分为红星、黄星和蓝星。这样一来，学生通过自己参与，对自己学习过程、结果的评价和对同学学习活动的评价，既是对自己学习活动的总结，也是自己发现问题、解决问题的过程，在这个过程中，充分发挥了学生的主体作用，调动了学生学习的主动性和积极性。
3、用动态及表情参与评价
动作是无声的语言，调动体态语言进行评价，能起到口头评价达不到的效果。教师要善于调动体态语言，丰富评价内涵。例如，握握手、拍拍肩、摸摸头这些亲热温暖的举动能给学生身心带来愉悦；此外，我在课堂教学中常给学生以信任的目光和亲切的微笑，因为我相信教师那灿烂的笑容是开在学生心中永不凋谢的鲜花。
