3 反馈语
反馈语是课堂教学活动的重要组成部分,是教师评价和评估学生课堂表现的重要手段,也是推动教学活动进展的有效方法。反馈语是教师对学生课堂表现的一种评价方式。教师要注意树立评价意识。不仅要对学生课堂上的学习表现给予评价,对学生情感、态度的表现都应通过评价给予鼓励,达到激励学生的目的。

(1)肯定式评语

随着新一轮基础教育课程改革的推进,对教师的评价发生着前所未有的变化,同时教师的教育观念、教学行为、教学方法、教学手段都面临着一场前所未有的大变革。在这个背景下,有关课堂教学评价的研究引起了越来越多的人的重视,我们都知道课堂教学中评价的目的在于掌握学生的学习情况,激发学生的学习热情,促进学生的全面发展。?在教学过程中我深刻体会到下列因素的重要性。就这一点我有下列几点感受。
1、评价语言要多样生动多样化
从语言方面对学生的课堂表现进行评价是最常用的方法,但不是每个学生的表现都一样,我利用语言的多样性,体现出对学生的表现的评价的不同。例如,对于表现的不够好的学生,鼓励他:ok!youaregood!(不错,继续加油!);对于表现一般的学生,对他说:good!youareright!(好!你答对了!);对于表现更好的学生,赞美他:youareverygood!(答的太好了!);对于表现出色的学生动情的对他说:youareexcellent!(太棒了,答的真好!)或则是youarewonderful。当学生得到一般的评价时,他会更积极的参与课堂活动,争取得到更好的评价;当学生听到最好的语言评价时,内心肯定比吃了蜜还甜。 在注重语言多样性的同时,另一方面要注重课堂上参与活动的活动量。例如,积极回答问题、提出问题、参与游戏、表演会话、表演唱歌、及时完成家庭作业等等。
2、让学生进行自我评价和小组互评
学生的自我评价是学生在积极主动的参与课堂活动后,对于自己的表现进行评价。如果他对自己的表现很满意,他可以奖励自己一颗红星;如果他认为表现还不错,他可以取下一颗黄星;如果他认为自己还须加油,他自己取下一颗蓝星。学生的小组互评则是小组与小组之间的相互评价,在一个小组表演完英语对话或节目之后,由其他的小组对这个小组进行评价,评价等级同样分为红星、黄星和蓝星。这样一来,学生通过自己参与,对自己学习过程、结果的评价和对同学学习活动的评价,既是对自己学习活动的总结,也是自己发现问题、解决问题的过程,在这个过程中,充分发挥了学生的主体作用,调动了学生学习的主动性和积极性。
3、用动态及表情参与评价
动作是无声的语言,调动体态语言进行评价,能起到口头评价达不到的效果。教师要善于调动体态语言,丰富评价内涵。例如,握握手、拍拍肩、摸摸头这些亲热温暖的举动能给学生身心带来愉悦;此外,我在课堂教学中常给学生以信任的目光和亲切的微笑,因为我相信教师那灿烂的笑容是开在学生心中永不凋谢的鲜花。
