My First Day In The University
I still remembered the day when I entered into Xi’an International Studied University. It was Septerber 7th,2003, my grandpa , my father and I started our joinery on the road. I was so exciting that I watched everything out of the window ,it was still early in the morning , the environment around is quiet and beautiful.I like this feeling ,no interruption ,and little noise, I was full of curious and happy because don’t know what will happened in the next minute. I should say my dreams have starting from then on.
When we arrived the university , it was not over 8 o’clock, then we have time to walk around. It was a big campus ,has established more than 50 years ,and decorated in anniversary of the founding of a school 2002. Therefore it looks beautiful and unique.
Then my father helped me to carry all the baggage to my dormitory. There I met one of my roommates and who becomes my best and close friend in the following four years.She shacked my hand suddenly and said to me : “Nice to meet you , and hope we are friends .” You didn’t looked at my facial expression,I think it was must be stupid ,I didn’t know how to answered her ,I only give her a bright smile ,it was my last weapon .
After making up my bed ,we started to deal with other procere, such as paying the Tuition Fee, transferring the census migration, making the library card and physical examination .It was just rained for a week ,and it was cold in the morning ,and I had wore thick clothes already. But that day was really hot , unfortunately I didn’t brought any summer clothes .
Of course I was too tired when I finished the whole proceres. I was a little homesick when my grandpa and my father left , I wrote a long diary that night to express my feeling . Then my college life really began in a strange city ,in a foreign language university .I try my best to be a good student , and I achieved a lot of success in that four yeas.I should say I am proud of myself , I have no regret to enter into Xi’an International Studies University. XISU, I love you forever.

My First Day on the Campus

I still remember the day when I first came to the college. Being a boy of 17, I was longing for a new life as a college student; but, at the same time, I had no idea what college life would be like.

That morning when the bus carried me to the gate of the college. I was so excited that my heart was beating very fast as if it would leap out of my mouth. From now on, I would be a student of this college. After registration, we were led by an instructor to the dormitory, where, for the first time, we were going to live without parents but roommates. I was so clumsy that I did not know how to make the bed and fix the mosquito net.

In the afternoon, I took a walk around the campus together with my roommates. To think of studying in such a beautiful place made me feel quite proud of myself. As we were walking along, talking and laughing, a voice came into our ears, "Oh, look at these freshmen!" It was our middle-school-students' looking that gave us away. We continued our tour of the college, inspecting every building and every garden until the sun began to set.

In the evening, we sat together, talking about the past and the future. We were so excited that no one wanted to go to bed.

It has been two years since I first got to university. Some of my classmates say that the college life is boring, because they have plenty of time but do not know what to do. However, from my point of view, the campus life in college is interesting and colorful as long as you make it meaningful.
In the first semester in college, I didn't relax and I still worked hard as I was in the senior school. I usually spent two hours in study at night and I went to the classroom forautonomous learning.But the difference is that I have many extracurricular activities. For example, I went to the English Corner regularly on Tuesday night, in which I could practice my spoken English and make friends with common interests.
Besides, I join the Student Union of my department. In the Student Union, I have a group of workmates who work hard together and support to each other. Actually, it looks like a big, warm family that we can share our lives together. During various activities, I realize the importance of team spirit that helps us go further.

距我第一次去上大学已经两年了。我有的同学说大学生活很无聊，因为他们有很多时间却不知道做什么。但是，在我看来，只要你把它变得有意义，大学校园生活是有趣且丰富多彩的。
