引 言
宁波市慈溪三北镇是个人口密集，祥和而又热闹的小镇。这里河流众多，滋养着三北人民。公路横河、门前河、快河港、桥头河等河流在小镇中流淌。随着科学技术的速度发展，三北也发生了翻天覆地的变化，每家每户的生活水平也随之提高，生活的改变也对环境造成了极大的危害。这次我们三北镇希望小学五（3）中队绿色环保小队的几个队员对我镇的几条河流进行了比较详细的实地调查和问卷调查，发现了一些问题并提出了相应的建议。
一、 调查人员及分工：

二、调查的对象、时间和方式：
2006年10月1——7日，我们环保小队的余丹丹等六位队员对家边的河流进行了实地调查，其中包括公路横河、门前河、快河港、桥头河等数条河流。同时，我们也针对河流的相关问题，以问卷的形式向长辈们进行了调查。在调查的过程中，我们几个队员增长了不少见识，同时也发现了一些急需解决的问题。
三、调查的内容概况：
三北镇虽地域较小，但其河流众多，其中村中河特别多。这些小河离居民区较近，也有些小河旁有工厂。最近几年来，三北经济发展迅猛，工业的发展带来了废水，严重影响了小河的水质。河两岸附近的居民也经常在水中洗衣服、淘米、捕鱼等，这为人们的日常生活提供了很大的便利，但也对小河的环境造成了严重影响。
四、问卷调查：
1、调查问题：
①小河以前是怎样的？什么时候发生了变化？
②是什么原因使小河成为今天这样？
③你会往河里丢垃圾吗？
④如果你看到别人往河里丢垃圾，你会怎么做？
2、调查分析
问卷调查中，我们发现多数长辈都说，以前的小河都非常清澈，河中还有些小鱼、小虾，河边是小时他们的儿童乐园。值得一提的是，黄宏业家门前还有条“门前河”，那是条又窄又长的小河，河沿由石板铺成。他父亲回忆说，河水清澈见底，站在岸上还可以看到有些小鱼儿自由自在地游动。人们的生活用水也是从这里取的。自从90年代有了自来水，人们才渐渐淡忘这里曾养育了一代人。
问卷调查中也发现，如今，大人们对于保护小河的意识也越来越差，经常往河里丢垃圾，更不用说去劝阻他人了。
五、实地调查发现：
我们队员在课余时间，也对小河的现状进行了实地调查。然后，我们几个队员经过激烈讨论后将问题分成以下几个方面：
（一）、 三北镇近几年来经济发展比较快，人民生活水平也日益提高，私有企业如雨后春笋般蓬勃发展，这些工厂大多建于河边，对水质的影响非常大。尤其是纺织厂和橡胶厂，不仅排放出大量的有害气体，还排放出大量有毒的工业废水。如快船港开凿后，承担着由西向东的运输重担，而河边的建了一座橡胶厂，排除的污水，使河水越来越脏，平时还散发出阵阵恶臭，河里时常还能发现漂浮着的鱼的尸体。本来供人们洗衣、淘米的快船港再也派不上它的用场了。不知不觉中，它的作用似乎被人们遗忘了。
（二）、由于人们环保意识薄弱，经常往河里倾倒垃圾。所以河面上各种生活垃圾随处可见。门前河是我们调查中发现的最脏的小河，平时你可以看见被丢弃的快餐盒、塑料袋、酒瓶、泡沫……甚至是一些家禽家畜的尸体漂浮在水面上，那里成了天然的生活垃圾回收站。河沿旁的石板上那沉淀着的烂泥，痛斥着人们的恶行。原先美丽整洁的河道变得惨不忍睹。人们在清洁了自身的同时，却把所有的污垢留给了门前河。
六、调查后的建议：
通过调查，我们队员发现了许多的问题，经过小组的交流讨论，我们想提出以下的几个建议：
（一）、我们希望镇政府有关部门能对河流加强管理、清除工作，通过定期安排清洁工清理杂草，治理污水，还小河一个清澈整洁的环境。我们镇正在进行新农村建设，我们相信环境优美的三北镇会更加富饶。
（二）、“和谐”是新世纪的主题，人与自然的和谐就是其中重要的内容。经济要发展，但是不能以牺牲大自然的环境作为代价。针对沿河厂家排放污水、废渣等问题，我们认为镇政府应该采取有关措施，制订一些规章制度，强制每个单位一定执行，违反应进行相应处罚。最好是能进行“环保单位”的评比，评出环保工作做得最好的几个厂家。环保做得不好的几个厂家，可以在广播中点名批评或者在镇政府宣传栏中张贴出来，罚款等方法作为处罚。
（三）、发动群众，教育群众，依靠群众。有关部门可以通过分发传单到农户、墙报宣传、环保知识讲座等方法来增强大家的环保意识，教育大家不要再往河中乱扔垃圾，倾倒废水、废渣等。只有这样，我们才能真正治理好我镇的河流污染问题。我们相信，只要大家以身作则，都来争做环保小公民，就一定能使小河重新找回清澈，找回美丽。

二、重点突出，内涵丰富，形式多样，特色明显
今年是我院迎接国家教育部教学工作水平评估的关键一年，在这样的形势下，动员组织广大学生开展社会实践活动，对于引导学生培养和提升实践能力和创新精神，以及弘扬和培育民族精神，促进和谐社会建设，树立科院大学生良好形象，并进而为我校的建设和发展做出贡献，具有重要意义。为此，我院今年继续以大学生素质拓展为核心，以“服务社会，完善自身”为宗旨，以“经风雨，见世面，受教育，长才干，作贡献”为目的，以“实践促成才 ，青春创和谐”为主题，积极动员、鼓励、组织全院广大学生投身社会实践，，以“面向农村、面向基层、面向科研课题”为方向，引导青年学生与祖国共奋进，与时代同发展。把爱国热情和成长成才的强烈愿望转化为学习进步的实际行动，在实践中认识国情，提高素质。
1、点、面结合，灵活多样。不论是各实践团队还是个人，他们围绕今年的暑期社会实践主题采取了灵活多样的方式，形成全面细致的整体实践成果。
2、内容丰富，覆盖面广，形式多样。今年我校学生参加社会实践活动涉及工业、农业、商业的各个行业领域。有深入厂矿进行生产实习的，有深入偏远山区进行科技文化援助的，也有到农村进行科教、医疗卫生宣传的。有进行社会调查的，有开展文化服务的，也有开展技术服务的，涵盖了社会的方方面面。另外，各专业学生并不仅仅局限于在所学学科范围内进行社会实践，而是做了许多探索性的尝试，思路更加开阔。学电子信息专业的学生有从事市场营销调研的，也有到工厂学本领练技术的，也有为企事业单位开发软件管理系统的，丰富了大学生专业知识以外的其它行业的技术本领。
三、工作扎实，成果显著
2007年的暑期社会实践工作，同学们都能以认真负责的态度，扎实、持久地开展实践，在深入了解社会的过程中，进行有深度的探究，获得可贵的一手资料。通过缜密的组织、认真扎实的开展实践，使社会实践活动实现了预期目的，取得了良好的效果。

听力。就是平时多听，多练，把六级真题上的听力听明白了，反复的听。基本上就没什么问题了。闲暇的时间可以看看外国的电影，听听英文歌，都不错的。

快速阅读。就是先看题，找关键句子。基本就可以了。

阅读。里面会有好多生单词，把真题的生单词基本上都记住，能有个大概印象，就可以了。还有就是多文章关键句子的把握，每段的开头和结尾，还有很多动词，名词什么的需要注意。

完型和翻译。这个就是考验你平时的语感和对词组和单词的掌握度了。把平时做题遇到的都记下来，基本就可以了。翻译的时候如果对复杂的句子没把握的话最好用简单的。

不能对着一本单词书死记硬背的背单词。没有任何的实际意义，通过做题掌握的单词词组，以及累积的语感会真正的帮到你。

Late in the afternoon around 4, a group of 35 volunteers went to the park where we pick up the trash(垃圾)left by some tourists. As head of the group, I would like to report to you on the event.
Actually, we did a wonderful job. When we were collecting the trash near the lake, many people paused to watch and then came to our help, showing considerable appreciation and support. But our work still left some to be desired. For one thing, since our project started late in the afternoon, hours were not long enough to attract enough people as we had predicted. For the other, lots of people passed by apparently not knowing what we were doing. But for these two drawbacks, our project could have been much better and more effective.
So, following are two of my suggestions: next time we have similar activities, try to start earlier, say in the morning. In this case we can put in more hours. And also, as we are getting along, we can put up some posters to tell people what we are doing and call their attention to environment protection. Thank you.

From the two charts, we can see that in the past ten years the students who go traveling and do social investigations ring vacations have increased greatly while those who stay at home have decreased a lot.
There are several reasons for the changes. Firstly, with the development of economy, many people have become better off. Students can get financial support from their parents for traveling. Secondly, tourism has greatly developed over the past ten years. Many new scenic spots have been built and exploited. In addition, the students today are expected and encouraged to participate in facing the real world. In this way they can obtain the necessary experiences required when they go job-hunting upon graation.
From the changes in the charts, we can predict that more and more college students will make their vacations interesting and worthwhile by going to the outside world instead of staying at home.
